Check your wheels
We ordered this bike a few weeks before our sons 5th birthday. We wanted to make sure we left plenty of time in case of potential issues. The day we received the bike I assembled it. After an easy assembly I started to fill the tires with the correct air pressure. The front tire blew up quickly, however after a few seconds of pumping air in the rear I noticed it wasn't filling up. The rear wheel had a spot where it looked as if it had been dropped and damaged before the manufacturer assembled the rear of the bike. Our local Walmart was excellent and took the bike back and even gave me a slightly more expensive bike for the same price. The best part was honestly the customer service from Walmart. Check the wheels before assembling.

    Bike is really nice.
Bike is very nice, packing and shipping great. The training wheels are junk. One is broken right out of the box and the other is so flimsy.. I bought two bikes from the same maker, the other (different model) has real rubber training wheels, this one does not has cheap plastic training wheels. I will be calling as these are not usable (one was broken in the box). Overall, this is a really nice starter bike. Made well, heavey steel design, all parts are there and took minutes to assemble. Very please with this bike however, it is a starter so, until i get or buy training wheels for it we cant use it yet...

    Excellent Bike for the price
We just purchased 2 of these for our sons (ages 4 & 5) and even though they shipped half way around the world it still came with no problems. 30 min. assembly, little air in the tires, a couple of baskets and sirens and they were off. We are very pleased with this purchase and will be buying another one very soon for my other son.

    Paint Damage
Had this bike shipped, and when I got it out of the box, it had paint damage on the frame. One spot had the paint completely scratched off, and some decals were scratched. Other decals were applied with very little care, having wrinkles and air bubbles. It wasn't damaged during shipping, as the box was in perfect condition. So the manufacturer just didn't care enough to send me a quality product. I wouldn't buy Dynacraft brand again.

    Kid tested and Mom approved
So... we all know what a bike look like and does. You will need to put the bike together. Which can take you about 30 minutes to a hour. Depending on if you have put together a bike before. It's pretty basic. You start with the seat and handle bars. Then attach the wheels and adjust the hand brake. I love that the design is simple and stylish. I do wish the seat was a little more padded. However, that is a easy fix. Since the bike didn't break the budget. Then investing in a better quality seat is worth it. I have to say this is a very stylish bike for the price. Most important my son loves it and gets hours of riding.

    Great value- quality bike
This is a great bike for the money. Our 5 1/2 year old son loves it. He still uses training wheels and this is an upgrade from his 16" starter bike that he's outgrown. Unlike the 14-16" bikes, the wheels on this turn freely, it's faster and more maneuverable. It also has a hand brake that controls the front wheel and a pedal brake that controls the back wheel. It was very easy to put together and took just under an hour to assemble it. It only required a couple adjustable wrenches.

    Very pleased with product!
Bought this for angel tree gift and was very pleased with the product. Did not know they made 18 in bike with training wheels. Since I do not know the size of the child, this seemed like a very good choice. It was much nicer than I expected. Easy to put together. Good price.

    Better than it looked online
It definitely was better than it looked online. My son put it together in about 15 minutes. I'm sure my 6 year old grandson will have many hours of enjoyment riding it.
