Perfect bed, 4 years owned and only two complaints
Bought this for my teenager and she loves it. We have had it for 4 years now only have two complaints, one is that it takes forever to assemble and the other is that the bottom of the drawers need to be more sturdy, thicker or hold more weight because they have bowed down and away from the drawer. It is a pain to disassemble and reassemble when we move it but the instructions were great and by now we have it all down by memory. I knew it was going to be a challenge when the bed came in three boxes. The loft bed is the perfect height and my daughter no longer needs the ladder attached but was great when she was younger. She loves all the space it has for her things. The hideaway cabinet is great for things she doesn't want seen, the shelves are perfect for things she wants displayed and the three drawers are utilized for her school and art supplies. The shelf at the top of the bed is her favorite because she can put her clock, cell phones, stuffed animals, video game stuff and of course food and drinks. I like the desk because it can be slide under the bed it you need more room but my daughter likes it out because it leave a big open space underneath the bed for a fort like area; even an adult can crawl underneath. Basically, the best loft bed we could have ever purchased.

Horrible Service on Replacement Parts
I ordered this bed for my daughter. However, when it was delivered two of the main parts that hold the bed together were completely damaged during shipping. I ordered this bed the week before Halloween, received the bed on November 7th, called and requested the damaged parts through the manufacturer and still to this day have not received my parts. The manufacturer told me that because of the holidays coming up that I would not receive any of my replacement parts until they have filled all of the orders for the holiday. Mind you, I have already paid in full for this bed, it arrived completely damaged and it is going on the 4th week with still no replacement parts. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a manufacturer. When I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that they were the manager, but had no control over their warehouse and how soon my parts would be delivered. So I now have a half put together bed waiting on the replacement parts. I will never buy anything again from this manufacturer and Walmart should consider who they purchase their products from.

    Great bed for price!
    We have had this bed for almost four years and it has held up just fine. It has plenty of room for storage underneath and the dresser drawers work great! Making the bed, is the only problem I have. It's difficult to get comforter and sheets pulled tight. Otherwise, my daughter loves, loves, loves this bed.

    I got this bed for my 13th bday. It's completely ideal for a 7th grader. Bed Useful for: -Reading -Sleeping -Watching TV -Play Games Desk Useful for: -Reading -Writing -Computer/Laptop -Homework Shelves Useful For: -Frames -Banks -Clocks -Chargers -Technology -Decorations Cabinet Useful for: -Clean/ Dirty Clothes -Shoes -Things to hide/not be seen Drawers Useful for: -Clothes _School Supplies -Makeup -Blankets -Crafts There is also a little 'fort' or crawl space underneath the bed, that gets closed up between the cabinet and drawers. I can fit in there with my dog and other things, with the desk pushed in. I keep a desk caddy, white board, pillow, blanket, books, magazines and journals in there with me. I absolutely love this bed, I have had it for about 4 weeks and it is absolutely perfect, there is plenty of storage for all clothes, shoes, schoolwork or school supplies, decor, and more. The only problem is, is that I have a small dog. He jumps off sometimes and the bed is quite high. But overall, he stays on the bed and is safe. But then again, it was MY problem for choosing this bed. I strongly recommend this bed for most kids and teens, but if too young (my sister is 8) they may fall off or if they jump on it, it may break. I strongly recommend for teens as teens need more space as they get older, and this has a combined desk, dresser, and bed, storage unit and shelves. It doesn't take up much space which is great because if you have hobbies (I take an interest in gymnastics), then you can fit things in your room. For me, I can add a gymnastics mat for tumbling. In music, I have a small corner in my bedroom for an amp and a few guitars, a music stand, a viola, a bunch of music. There is PLENTY of room left. And if you need two, for the same room, you can fit both in the same room most likely because of the size. I want to say overall, it took my dad (and some of my assistance) six hours to build. It takes about an hour to unload the boxes. There are 3 boxes, one at about 60, the others about 100. The instructions ARE NOT in the 1st box, They are in the 2nd box. There are many pieces, but if you lose a piece, screw, or anything it comes with, YOU CANNOT complete the bed because they don't send you spare or extra parts, you will have to go out and buy them or hopefully have them at your house. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BED. If you want it, go for it and buy it. Would you rather spend $400 on this, or $400 for a bed, $400 on a desk, and $400 on a dresser, and even $400 worth on shelves and cabinets. ALL of that for 1/4 of the price. Think about it. Buy this bed! :)

    Perfect for All Ages
    This bed is perfect for me because of the ceiling fan in my room. I have always wanted a loft bed but I wasn't allowed to get one, UNTIL I saw this one online I looked at the dimensions and when I realized I wouldn't be anywhere near the fan. So, I told my parents. Then, in April, I got it for my birthday. I was so excited! And five years later I am 15 and still love it!!!!

    Great Bed
    We were looking for a loft bed that included a desk. I have to admit that I was hesitant buying a bed online and from Wal-Mart. I am so glad I took the risk the bed is perfect. The quality is very high and the bed is sturdy. The desk is a good size and I love that it can easily be stored away to allow for more space for playing. My 10 year old and two of her friends are also able to go under the bed with the desk pushed in, they feel like they got a built in fort. There is a tons of storage on this bed also. My husband and his friends were able to put the bed together rather quickly and everything was shipped in great packaging so nothing came damaged.

    Great Bed for small places needing lots of storage
    We have owned this bed for 4 years, lots of storage and ways to use the bed as the kids grow. Shelf on top holds a lot, storage under bed even when desk is pushed in. Deep storage shelves and closet area. Easy ladder to use. Takes a long time to put together because of all the pieces, but easy to clean and wears well.

    Awesome bed!
    We purchased this bed for our 3 year old for his first big boy bed. He absolutely loves it and so do we! It's very sturdy, was not missing any parts, and my husband put it together by himself in about 4 hours. We left the desk out so my son can play in the 'fort' underneath and plan to get a small nightlight so he can read in there and stuff. The only negative is the size and weight of the boxes. They are all very heavy and it was difficult for my husband and I to get them up to the second story bedroom. I love how the bed looks and saves a lot of space in his smaller room.

    Read the fine print
    This is a decent bed with lots of storage. It is huge, yes. If you took the time to read the measurements and actually measure the space in the room before buying it you will know what you are getting. I got this for my preteen-teen and he loves it. There is a LOT of storage in it. It will take several HOURS to put together and you need 2 people for some of it. Some of the material is less than stellar but for the price I was not expecting high quality wood. Only appropriate for older kids or teens. An adult would not appreciate having to climb into it at night.

    Skeptical at the price, but great 1st impression
    I've only had the bed for a few weeks, but I've had no issues and my daughter absolutely loves it. General thoughts: - It comes as 3 shipments in very heavy, 100+ Lb, boxes. - As you would expect with a bed in this price range, it is made of particle board. - The instructions were average but had a few parts that needed to be reread to ensure I wasn't making a mistake. - None of the boards were damaged and there wasn't any missing hardware. - It took me around 5 hours to assemble and only required assistance during the positioning in the room step. - Moving the bed is not easy due to its size and configuration. It would be very easy to break pieces during this step if you aren't careful. - Once fully assembled and in position the bed is remarkably sturdy. Pros: - Assuming the bed holds up, it is an incredible value - It looks good and provides a lot of utility in a small space within the room Cons: - The configuration as pictured is the only way that it can be assembled, you can't flip the orientation - The screws that hold in the drawers are rather short and only a couple. I could easily see this to be the first part that breaks during normal usage. I added some screws to the slides to mitigate the concern.
