No keyboard, even though pictured
Pictured with keyboard [and in small text off to the side it does say no keyboard, but was not on my screen unless I scrolled over]. My daughter bought for less WITH keyboard, so I will be returning

    Gets to hot
    I was setting up the computer it started getting warm with in a 1 it was hot! I sent it back not sure if it was just my computer but I didn't want to take that chance

    Great product, i thought I was getting a new one but it was pre-owned and it didn't come with the keyboard cover so read what you are purchasing closely, but I'm happy with it.

    Excellent product for lower price!
    It is misleading that the item condition is listed as new, but the description of the item on the sheet in the package that I received stated “like-new”. Other than that, the surface pro 4 I5 was in pristine condition, worked like new and did not seem used at all. It came in the original packaging and I was able to register it under Microsoft ‘s one year warranty. The shipping was fast, but the item could have been packaged better. I would purchase from uShopMall again in the future because I have received an excellent product for about $300 less than other sellers.

    Needed reformatting and multiple updates
    I received the product ahead of time which was awesome. But when I opened the box I found that it was in sleep not shutdown. After setting up my login etc. I found out that the latest Windows 10 was on pre installed, I had to install 2 updates to windows 10 to bring it at par with the previous surface pro 4 I had. Not what you expect when you buy a new product. It works fine now for the most part.

    I love the Surface Pro. It's definitely a desktop with the convenient size of a tablet. The only thing I don't like is the Microsoft Store. It doesn't have many apps and won't have many apps. But in a way that is a good thing because of you want something that will help you focus on work and business tasks, this is it. In regards to the battery, I work 12 hour shifts and it last the whole time for me. Mind you I'm not on it all 12 hours, but It has never went dead on me.
