    Nice fast 8 core processor
    This is one of the fastest processors on the market. It is less than half the price of an Intel processor, which makes it more bang for the buck. It is easily overclocked, just make sure you have liquid cooler as it gets pretty hot.

    I got rid of a mobo with a i7-4790 Because I developed a hate for intel. This FX-8350 runs my games just as fast as that expensive intel cpu. I recommend it for any gamer even though I know that is going to bring a lot of b00's.

    FX-8350 BLACK EDITION CPU.......
    I have now owned 1 for this rig, that I built, about a year ago, and this CPU has no delay to it, BUT, I do suggest getting a good motherboard for it, as well as the right RAM, as well, since, without either of these, your rig will be lagging, due to not enough RAM to keep up with the processes, and I suggest using a 970 MSI board(I will only use MSI, and they own the AMD company, so, they go hand-in-hand.), which I am using the 970A-G43 model, right now, but will be upgrading to a 970 Gaming board, with my Kingston HyperX Beast Predator 16GB 2133GHZ RAM cards(2X8GB), and a large enough hard drive, to help keep it running like a dream!

    My machine is smoking! This processor runs all of my games with everything turned all the way up on a three monitor system without even a hiccup! No need to waste money on an expensive Intel processor for the same performance.

    Great 8 core cpu
    I do believe this processor will hold its ground for some time to come, even though the next generation of APU, CPU and GPU's are coming soon from AMD which will feature an even more powerful line of hardware while maintaining and improving on power efficiency. I upgraded from a AMD 6300 6 core to this cpu which has given me something of a slight performance increase although I expect there wont be a major performance difference between the 2 cpu's that I am comparing here with Mantle and the new DirectX 12 coming soon which enables the hardware to work at a more efficient level especially when playing games. If you are looking for a good cpu in which to game or edit videos or any intensive application then this maybe the right processor for you.

    I bought this processor to replace a Phenom II processor. I ordered it through site to store and it arrived before it's scheduled time, sweet. This is one powerhouse processor, I put it though it's paces and not even a slowdown did I experience with heavy multitasking. I do a lot of computer graphics and this baby has all the power I need and more to spare. I requested a price match, and Walmart delivered, matching a price from a different site. This processor is very compatible with GNU/Linux. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this processor to family and friends.
