Very High Quality
I have not yet had the opportunity / misfortune of actually jump starting my vehicle. However I have a lot of confidence in this device. It has high quality clamps, however the cables are very short so you will need to have the Positive and Negative connection points that are relatively close together. It has a lot of other uses as well: Flashlight, 2 USB Chargers, 12 volt charger connection and a 19 volt connection for charging laptops. It comes with a great assortment of connectors for various devices. This is a well designed product.

Do not purchase!!!
Got one use out of it and then it just stopped working. Of course, it was out of warranty by then.

    Dangerous product with no manufacturer support.
    The battery swelled up and split the case within the first year of purchase. Antigravity Batteries refused to make good on it saying it shouldn't be kept in the car...where else would you keep an emergency jump starter for your car!?

    Worked great the two times I used it. Holds a fresh charge for many months or more. But it's got a short product life. The battery swelled up and split the case open, which poses a dangerous leakage problem according to the manufacturer. - Moreover, the warranty is only 12 months. That's a poor value for such an expensive product that fails when you may depend on it for emergencies. An Internet search for this XP-10 problem yielded pages of customer complaints. Instead of the XP-10, check out Consumer Reports rating for the Bolt Power D28. It performed well, has a higher temperature tolerance, and is significantly less expensive. - See photo.

    Failed on 2nd use. Antigravity will not help
    Purchased two years ago. Worked great the first time the booster was needed about 1 year ago. Kept the XP-10 charged in case I needed it. Two weeks ago, I needed the booster to start a 2016 VW Jetta and the unit failed and expanded. (See picture). I contacted Antigravity to see about a warranty claim. They denied my claim since it was not within their 1 year warranty period. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this booster. There are plenty of other companies that have a multi-year warranty on their product. One year is crazy! See picture.

    Fast shipping!
    Ordered this after some great real life reviews on a forum. It was on my doorstep two days later. It came 3/5 charged so about an hour to charge it fully. I haven't tested it any yet but after the reviews the guys gave it on this forum I was on I have no worries it will be excellent!

    Antigravity Micro Start XP-10 Jump Starter
    I was not familiar with the new breed of jump starters, and did some research before ordering this one. Our Mini Countryman had a dead battery and it started right away after plugging the device. While I would be unable to comment or predict the half-life of this jump starter, you can always look at the money saved by not having to call for a tow.
