    Pleased
    Arrived on schedule. I would've given 4 stars but there is a a deep scratch on the screen, other then that like new, works great, passed diagnostic tests at AT&T so that was a big plus.

    The phone cosmetically looks wonderful my only problem is that I believe that the glass has been replaced, because the touch screen doesn't work properly at times. But it is a refurbished phone.

    terrible
    The phone was so dirty that I had to chisel out chunks of black tarry resin from all the creases. It had clearly been dropped a hundred times and was scratched all over. The corners were dented. They didn't even have the common courtesy of cleaning it first. It did not come with a box or headphones or an apple charger. I'll never buy a refurbished phone again. This is ridiculous!

    I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone. The phone is in "like new" condition and works great. The phone arrived 2 days which was very helpful as well.

    Death Screen
    The phone looked to be in perfect condition however the phone never turned on. After powering up the phone displayed a blue then red screen. After reach on the internet and talking with Apple Tech we were advised this is a hardware issue. That being the case the new 5S 16GB Refurbished phone I received is just a empty shell.
