I'm not sure what, if anything, the copper does but simply as a compression sleeve, it is worth the money.

    Helped my sore elbow
    When I had a very sore elbow, I didn't think I'd be able to bowl. So I purchase the copper fit elbow support and it worked well. The longer I wore it, the easier it was to bowl. I would recommend this to anyone with a sore elbow.

    At first when I wore the copper fit it made the pain worse. After a day of wearing it the pain was mainly gone. The pain is even gone during a work out. I would recommend this to some one with pain. It was a really good price also.

    Copper sleeve
    Only had it for a week. I have veen suffering from golfers elbow for months. Its the opposite of tennis elbow. So i have to give it more time. Its comfortable to wear. I usually forget that i have it on. So no good information as of yet to inform the masses.
