Beautiful Little House - Very Happy
Purchased this on Walmart.com for my 2 year old daughter. Read many reviews about damaged packaging during shipping and broken parts. Very hesistant to buy but decided to try it. To my surprise, the box delivered in perfect condition and no broken parts. Took me about 3 hours to build with no complications. My daughter loves her new little house. I would recommend having one additional person assisting with the setup. Can't beat Walmart's price

Damaged during shipment
The box arrived in horrible condition with parts falling out. Several parts were demaged and one was completely missing. Called timberlake yo order parts. Had no problems, however parts have not arrived yet.

    Great playhouse for the price!
    The assembly is a little labor intensive but totally worth it. I love that the house is real wood not plastic. It's perfect for my 3 year old. He loves that the door opens and closes with a latch and the little play kitchen. Compared to other playhouses this was such a great deal.

    So cute!
    Bought this to replace my daughters other playhouse that didnt make it during the move. My daughter absolutely loves it. Between three people we were able to build it in an hour. Some wood pieces did split during but nothing that interferes with anything. We added some paint and its so cute!

    Cutest playhouse ever!!
    This playhouse is absolutely adorable and perfect for little girls my daughter loves loves her house, i was a little worried after reading a few bad reviews but we didn't have any problems in some parts the wood cracked a little but it was no big deal is just cedar is not the strongest i guess but is an amazing cute little house and cedar smell great so we love it!! My husband put the house together in less than 2 hrs with a little assistance from me,I saw a lot of reviews of people saying it took them 4 hrs to build it i don't know why because is very well explained in the instructions! Anyways i totally recommend this cute house for your little one totally worth it!!

    Nice playhouse
    It is a great little house our greatgranddauther love it. It was fairly easy to assemble, but need to pay close attention to direction. The views have to be looked at very closely as to where you are positioned. Look at the left and right and front on the illustrations. Also it can be assemble buy one person, but it would have been easier with two.

    Fun project, use some logic
    This thing is perfect. Highly recommended a platform and some small L brackets to secure it down. We made platform about 4' x 4' and recessed it on top of pavers. If you're going to use a screw gun set it to the lowest setting so you don't screw through the cedar. You definitely need at least another set of hands, three people's best. none of the screws should be over tightened in fact they should look a little like they should have taken one or two more turns, what we found out is that as soon as you try and "sink" the screw heads a bit, they start to come out the other side very lightly. So be careful and go slow, I put up more photos if I could.

    Beautiful cottage
    My grand baby loves her little playhouse, a little smaller than I would of liked, but it's so cute and my husband had it up in about an hour or so. We had a storm the night after and it help up with no problem.

    Smaller than was expecting
    Overall, it's a very cute playhouse. Can't imagine a 10 year old playing in it unless they are very small for their age. My granddaughter is 2 and it's perfect for her. I would not recommend allowing more than 3 2 year olds in the playhouse at one time. But it works perfect for our needs.
