Great deal on a solid piece of furniture
This is a great deal on a solid piece of furniture. I purchased the bench in white. It took me two hours to put together it together. I needed a hammer, flat head screw driver and a philips screw driver. The top and bottom pieces are large and heavy (30lbs each?), but I was able to maneuver them on a carpeted surface. I highly recommend it! Be sure to check your space with the length of the bench. It was longer than I expected.

Arrived with lots of damage!! Cheap material
The box when it arrived was completely in tact but when I opened it, every piece had damage to it. So the damage occurred when packaging. The cushion it came with had a stain on it also. See pictures for examples. The material is flimsy and very cheaply made. Extremely poor quality for the cost.

    Sturdy bench
    I love this bench! it is so versatile and adds to my space. Easy to assemble and easy to care for. The color goes well with my decor as well. Just wish I could get a back up seat cushion cover, my animals sometimes get it dirty.

    excellent customer service
    we loved the product but the second unit was severly damaged by the shipper. One call to the manufacturer with the product numbers, and the replacement pieces were on the way, due to arrive in the week. Good customer service!

    inspect carefully upon receipt
    I'm not very happy with the condition this item was received in. the top has deep gouges which I'm going to have to try to repair since it's too close to Christmas now to try and get it replaced

    Very well made!
    Very well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and very good quality! I opted to keep the two dividers and backing off out to allow for a more open space below. Color purchased was rustic gray and it's a nice neutral gray tone with some brown. Really nice!

    Looks like it cost much more!
    This storage chest is a bargain for what you get. My husband put it together and was impressed at the quality. The only thing I didn't like--and it was only a personal preference is the Mahogany color; it was too red for our home decor (which was my fault as I ordered the wrong color by mistake). However, based on the numerous people who wanted to purchase when I posted for sale at the full price (the same as we paid), it is a very-much liked and sought after storage bench.

    Great piece
    I bought two for my classroom. Love them! So nice and durable! I think Ill need to replace the cushions after a year though. I love the deep storage openings. I bought cute 13x13 fabric bins and they look adorable.

    This bench looks great, but is VERY cheaply made. It squeaks when we sit on it and already feels like its falling apart after two weeks of use. Spend the money on a more expensive bench. This one is not worth it.
