Very sturdy and looks great
This bookcase looks wonderful with my decor. It could go with modern as well as ocean themed. It was easy to put together and it is a very sturdy piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend purchasing it. I have recently purchased the matching end tables and will soon be purchasing the open bookcase.

Poorly made
This bookcase is really beautiful but it's so poorly made that I returned it. The way the bottom is constructed isn't sturdy enough and the whole unit wobbles badly even after adjusting the pieces multiple times. The doors were uneven (predrilled holes, so I would have had to fill them and drill my own to fix this issue). One of the doors was hung too low (once again, not user error - the holes were drilled wrong) and scraped against the bottom no matter how I tried to adjust it. And the back plate for the door hardware smashes into the shelf inside - just...why??? The shelf would be damaged in a matter of days. Stupid design, honestly. I really wanted to love these, but I hauled all 3 sets back to Walmart.

    Love the bookcase, color is beautiful. It matches the rest of my office set now. Hay needle had quick delivery and box arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely buy again from here

    Better Than Expected
    Love, love these bookcases! We searched for bookcases to match our electric fireplace for months, finally came across these Better Homes and Gardens brand from Walmart. We weren't quite sure what to expect but went ahead and ordered them anyway. So happy we did! Very happy with our purchase! Not only was the price reasonable they are super easy to assemble, nice quality and look amazing. We have had tons of compliments on them already! Everyone just assumes they are from RH or Pottery Barn.

    Looks good in the She Shack
    Received faster than expected. Units came packaged very well. Assembly was not a problem, just follow the directions, step by step and you will get there. I really did not time myself but had the (2) book cases done and in the room by noon. Madwoman is happy in her new She Shack.

    Versatile, pretty, nice quality
    You will have to put the shelving unit together, yes, but the directions are easy and didn't miss a detail. I followed them exactly and had to make no adjustments at the end. Two units came out perfectly alike. They're light enough to move around. The shelves can be placed at different heights at any time since they rest. Great storage. Flat top to put deco on which we will have to do bc they look short next to our fireplace right now, but still pretty units.

    More beautiful in person!
    This bookcase is more beautiful & substantial than shown in the photos. Everyone has to touch it, as they don't believe it's not real, reclaimed barn wood! It really looks like aged, weathered barn wood. I bought 2 of these and the media console to match. I highly recommend!

    This was so easy to install, I just simply followed the directions. It did take me a couple hours just because I was taking my time to be sure I did it right because this was my first time putting furniture together. I love the end result though, would recommend!!
