Perfect Small Task Chair!
I actually purchased this chair for my 93-year-old mother who needed a chair she could easily pull up to her kitchen table - as opposed to a four-legged, stationary wooden chair. As she is lacking the strength she had in the past, and using a walker, she can easily turn this chair to sit down, turn toward the table and pull herself close enough to eat. It's perfect. The arms are the right height to slide under the table. It has a great supportive back and we really like the way it looks too. We chose the gray upholstery. She is so pleased with it, we're really happy we purchased it. My husband put it together with no problem. We would buy one like this for ourselves the next time we need an office chair. Plus - it was such a reasonable price!

Not a good experience!!
The chair arrived in great condition and was very pleasing to the eye. That is when the satisfaction ended! A job that should have taken only 20 or 25 minutes went on for a couple hours and could not be completed. Two of the screws that needed to be taken out would not budge; 4 different people besides myself tried. I called customer service and was told heat from a hair dryer would loosen the screws (great if you OWN a hair dryer!). I borrowed one to no avail. After more than 2 hours, 2 broken screw drivers and scraped knuckles, I put it back in the box and shipped it back for a refund.

    Not happy
    It was very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock to sit on. The arms of chair were way too close together. Have applied for refund.

    It's short from front to back and smaller in width than most desk chairs. It's very small in general, not comfortable for someone over 130lbs. I'd send it back if I hadn't assembled it already and recycled the box.

    Buy for small people/children only
    The description states, "supports up to 275 lbs", but anyone over 150 lbs would find this chair uncomfortable. The seat area is 92 sq inches SMALLER than a typical office chair. The small seat is very firm and uncomfortable. I'm 78 and have bought many secretarial type chairs over the years, both for work and for my home office. This is the worst ever. Certainly not recommended. The cloth seat is attractive.

    Good chair but terrible delivery
    Chair is good. The delivery was terrible. Ordered 2 chairs. Box 2 of 2 was delivered Sunday and the box had been taped back together. It was torn up so bad you could see the product through what had been a cardboard box bottom. To my surprise all the parts were in the box. Box 1 of 2 showed up the next day. It was in a little better shape but was also torn and taped up. USPS marked both boxes as having been delivered Sunday so given the shape of the first box I was surprised to see the second box. Best of all the packing slip with the Sunday delivery showed it to be a gift ordered through Amazon.

    Very comfortable chair
    Chair is perfect for our computer. Very comfortable. Wider seat and what appears to be durable fabric. Adjustable arms are a plus. Chair arrived very quickly. Very happy with purchase.

    good chair I Would recommend this chiar
    came on time all parts were there put it together in 15 mins. it is real nice to seat in the back is right were it should be the but is not sore comturable to seat in. can sat iin it for hours, no problems.

    WELLWORTH THE MONEY
    I have had the exact same chair for a little over sixty months....that's right sixty, sadly the chair has finally given out on me, so in my search for a new pc chair i went back to walmart to look and to my surprise they still carried the same model and style that i have used so long. At about $1.08 a month with tax for a chair you don't have to worry about breaking and is quite comfortable...... this is the one! Well Worth The Money!!!
