How to I get a manual for my Brother IntelliFAX & I need to talk to someone to ensure all of the cords were sent. I can't work the IntelliFAX without a manual

    Awesome
    Faxing outside of your home is expensive. Theres times when you don't need it but when you need it you have to make time then spend the money. Did that for years, now no worries.

    A real workhorse!
    This replaced my 20 year old Brother laser/fax. I no longer use the fax feature, but this is a very economical black laser printer! Be aware the starter toner cartridge doesn't last long--you'll need to buy one right away. I hope this lasts even half as long as the Brother machine it is replacing! Tip: Don't use third-party toner/drums-stick with Brother accessories. (and I use Epson eco-tank printers when I need color-they are also incredible and very economical)

    Good, but......
    I like that this can also function as a printer. I don't like that the auto feed is only 20 pages. Even at that, if I try to fax more than about 10 pages, it sucks in multiple pages and I have to start over. I am replacing this with Brother Compact Monochrome Laser All-in-One Multifunction Printer, MFCL2710DW, as it has a 50 page auto feed and is cheaper and it is an all in one.

    NEVER BUY THIS MACHINE!
    THIS FAX/COPIER IS REALLY A PIECE OF JUNK! I have only had it two months and it won't copy or receive information from my computer. I tried to obtain information from Brother internet, but nothing works. The printer continually send the message "telephone", instead of printing. IT IS WORTHLESS!

    Fast and easy to use
    This machine was very simple to set up for our home office. It's very fast both with feeding the sheets into memory and in sending faxes. The cartridge is good for thousands of pages so needs to be changed less often. We are very happy with this purchase.

    I have used this product with good results. I do wish the unit had an instant sent confirmation, when as fax is sent, instead of having to wait until the next date for an update. I had an HP fax machine that offered a sent confirmation when the fax was sent and then an event log print out monthly. I liked that feature.

    Brother Intelifax-2840
    I bought this unit after reading an e-mail ad from brother. I have space restrictions and the advertised footprint seemed small. The unit is much larger with the paper attachments out... Setup was fast and easy as advertised. The display window is small and hard to read even with max brightness. Print is crisp and the paper handler works well. The unit is now fully setup and operational. Wish I had known about the 2940 before I purchased this dinosaur...
