Premium chair at an affordable price
Really feels like a premium chair, e.g. Aeron, with quality materials and build. Not amazing lumbar support but I am still happy with it!

would be 4.5 stars is the preassembly was done rig
Would have rated it higher if not for a faulty bolt. There was a faulty and damaged bolt on the left arm side where the backrest needs to be attached. That prevented me from installing the backrest. Tried loosening the bolt and the hex head is slipping immediately. Removed it somehow but the bolt cannot be nudged into its position due to lack of gap to push the piece down into position. Tried loosening the other bolt to make space, that was slipping as well. Seems like whoever tried to do the preassembly just gave up and left it for the customer to fight with. Returning. Lets see how that experience goes. Otherwise the rest of the materials look decently solid. Its a very heavy chair mind you but that isnt too much of a concern unless you want to keep lifting and moving it. bought this after a lot of research for several features under a $300 budget ans it also arrived early. The excitement was punctured with this technicality and its a new stress to try and navigate the return/refund process.

    Just what I needed
    Very adjustable but sturdy. I put the chair together in about 15 minutes, 2 screws total. Very sleek, nice design. Versatile as the chair is easy to adjust positions to sit in different ways (upright, leaning back). A little heavy when carrying the box inside but the quality feels durable.
