Excellent Screen room
Excellent Screen room, sets up in just a couple of minutes ( By myself ).
I purchased the red & white model as opposed to the green & white that was $20 less
because the red one has a finer screening to keep out - No See Um's.
Works Great ! Well worth the extra $20.

Tell those mosquitos to buzz off!
Be patient and non-aggressive when assembling. As other reviewers have noted, the instructions could be more clear and thorough; when you take the tent out of the packaging, it is inside-out! When you try to match what you're seeing with the diagram in the instructions, you'll know what we mean by "inside-out." But once you make the connection between instructions and tent it's actually pretty straightforward to assemble. I did it by myself, and I am 62 years old, under 5'4", and have difficulty with kneeling or squatting. The tent is roomy. I'd say it will easily accommodate two of those full-length beach chairs and a table between them, plus a cooler, with room to walk around. It won't keep out crawling insects, but does a good job foiling the invasion efforts of flies, gnats and mosquitos. If you plan to bring food and other items in and out of the tent, you might want to consider that you really need two hands to open the zippers on the doorways. So keep something nearby on which you can place these things while you open (or close) the zipper.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/17/2021My oasis this summer!I had to order this twice - first one was inadvertently damaged by a lawn mower. I thought of bigger tents but went back to this item because of the value, size and (somewhat) ease of use. The first had a twisted attachment between the leg and the tent side that was easily fixed. I found it a little awkward to put up with just one person but 2 had it up in a couple of minutes. Its the perfect shade and mosquito protection for my sun drenched yard. It's big enough for a two seat glider and two larger sized rockers and a small table. I concur with others that it'd be great to have a bottom on the tent but I added outdoor carpet and it works fine. My oasis this summer! It will not protect from rain (as they stated) and I'd be careful in heavier winds. It's a great accompaniment for beach or picnic, but as an added item for camping - that's up to camper. It is light and has a nice carry case. Can't beat it for the price.SunnyInNY

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/02/2021Happy as a beagle puppy with a wet nose.I read reviews from other people who had bought this screen tent. Yes, the initial packing from Coleman is inside out. You have to flip the tent to get the legs to extend properly. Once that is done, I put my tent up by myself on my back deck in under 3 minutes - the first time I put it up. I've put the tent up three more times since then and I'd say I'm around 2 minutes or maybe a shorter time period. For reference, I'm a man that stands around 5 ft 6 inches tall. I pretreated the top with Scotchgard both inside and out. I haven't tried the tent in rain, and I don't intend to do so. I've played acoustic guitar several times now, and the gnats, no seeum's, etc didn't bother me at all with the zippers down. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. I couldn't possibly buy a screened porch for the money I spent on this screen tent. I'm now considering a camping tent for later use be cause of the quality of this Coleman screen tent.FreeThinker

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/09/2021Very good product!Easy set up. Light weight. While setting up, make sure to keep the frame outside! Screenhouse is packed inside out, with frame inside! I have set it up in my backyard to check! I am happy with initial result! It's not a heavy duty frame and not heavy duty screen material! Handle with care and light hand. Stake it with door zipper on! Don't stretch much!Anupam

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/08/2020Great value and just what I was looking for.I use it as an "over the back of the SUV " enclosure, so having zippered openings on 2 sides is perfect. Only wish that the bottom flaps were larger to more easily secure it to the ground, but still works. Set up and take-down are fast and it fits back into its storage pouch easily. I am going to try to find privacy sides for future open area camping.Les

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/02/2020Easy set-up.Coleman Instant a Screen House is easy to set up. It took me 5 minutes from bag to completion to set up by myself. Taken it down by myself was only 4 minutes. It worked out very well at campsite. The only down side is that it does not provide much protection from a heavy rain, but I did not expect it to. Im very happy with my purchase.Kevin
