Perfect size for home use
No more monthly member payments no more driving to the gym and going there takes so much of your free time! I can use it anytime I want all throughout the day. For sure its not collecting dust it is situated by the family room where I could watch tv or enjoy the view of my backyard swimming pool and the lake!

    Product is good - bad customer service
    I ordered and received my Confidence Treadmill in a very timely manner however after removing it from the box, I had a broken tube cover clip that helps protect the floor. I have tried calling Shop247 but each time I get a voice message telling me to leave a message - which I have done. Unfortunately no one is returning my call. I have been to their website and their Live Chat does not work and when I try to contact them through the Walmart website, where I ordered the product, that link also doesn't work. Terribly customer service. Hoping I might get a response by giving a product review.

    This treadmill was a huge disappointment. Not all of the correct pieces were included to put it together, when it was put together anytime I attempted to use it after 3 or 4 minutes there was an overpowering smell of burning rubber. Lastly, when the speed got set above 5.5 the machine completely shut down and needed to be reset before it could be used again. Working with customer service from shop247 has been a nightmare. I would not order from this company again.
