We love this humidifier!
I've been searching for a good quality humidifier and never regret having this crane humidifier for my family! We use this almost everyday as my son has occasional allergies. It's easy to clean and maintain as it does not require any filters.

Two times is my limit
The first one was broken inside the box. This one doesn't work. I tried it in several plugs. The power light doesn't even light. I will be returning it.

    Great humidifier, very efficient, SILENT.
    Absolutely silent -- "elephant" trunk shoots mist high into the air, more than the "sheep" type Adorable Crane humidifier we had before. We've had these for over ten years now -- they usually last 5-7 years. New one has a different motor and uses a "wall wart" rather than a direct 120 V plug -- more efficient, about 15 W or less. We do need to clean with a dilute Clorox solution weekly.

    Great Mist Strength and Run time
    My family Loves this Humidifier! We have one in the nursery and one in the our oldest daughter's room. She sometimes gets nose bleeds and this truly helps her maintain her bedroom without dry air. What we love about this the most is the coverage of the mist it provides ample square foot coverage. Its quiet, easy to clean and refill. Its also super cute and runs for over 10 hours. We have tried other humidifiers and nothing compares.

    This is such a cute product but within 2 weeks, of the 4 we purchased, all 4 water reservoirs cracked (leaking all of the water) and required return. We gave it our best effort, but must now move on.

    Wonderful
    I bought this for my 26-year-old son who lives in an efficiency apartment, where it was very dry. I thought he'd get a kick out of how cute it is, and he loves it! He said that the mist streams out of the elephant's nose and he no longer gets a bloody nose from it being so dry. Problem solved!

    Does the job, but produces white dust
    It's cute and you can see and feel the moisture, but even with using filtered water, the dreaded, white, sticky dust is forming on the humidifier and probably everything in the room. I will see about purchasing the additional filter.

    So far, so good!
    My son woke up one night with a bad nosebleed. Living in Arizona, I have very little doubt the dry climate had something to do with that. The first thing I thought was a humidifier. I found this one on WalMart.com and the price and delivery seemed reasonable. It was at his mother's house in a few days and put into service right away. I asked him how it works and he's very pleased. He says it makes no sound and that he wakes up with better breathing generally. He also says the "steam" that comes out is not hot to the touch, which is important in a product like this aimed at young children. I have told his mother to use filtered water from the fridge since Tucson water is notoriously hard and I have little doubt it would otherwise scale up quickly. It's only ben in use a few weeks, so I can't speak to longevity, but I'm glad I bought it.
