What a disappointment
After duplicating one family DVD perfectly and without a problem I loaded the second blank for a copy. After a few seconds I heard sounds like popcorn and the smoke just rolled out. My master was still in the machine as it died. The associate was able to get it out and gave me a refund. I replaced it with a one to three duplicator. I wouldn't waste any money on this unit.

    Easy to use and doing a great job.
    I copy the soccer games that I have filmed of my daughter's team and give them to the other players so that they can watch the game with their parents. The coach uses them to make adjustments to the team and see what he needs to correct at practice. I have already made over a hundred copies and this little machine is doing a great job and is easy to use. Well worth the money.
