Excellent!
This was the easiet furniture I've ever put together. Everything lined up and all parts were there. I did it by myself in about an hour. Looks great, very comfortable.

Cheaply made
Cheap in every possible way. We picked up in Walmart, it comes in two boxes. We pulled the pieces out to fit in our car and I'm glad we did. It was not stained well, pieces where chipped, scratched and the wood was split on 3 pieces. I would recommend a metal set.

    Great Product
    Arrived very fast. It was in perfect condition, nothing broken. My nephew did have to put together, so some assembly reguired. Very sturdy and the cushions are thick and firm. I live in a small home with two dogs and using as indoor furniture. The dogs are happy with it and I am very happy with the way it looks and feels. Sister-in-law was here with nephew and she is going to recommend to others. Definate 5 stars !

    Has held up for six years!
    I bought this set about six years ago. It has been great. The seating is comfortable and it has held up beautifully in the harsh Arizona sun. I am in the process of refinishing it (restaining) it for the second time in six years. The cushions have also held up well, although when I bought it they were an off white color which I prefer to the green they offer now. Overall, I am so impressed with the set that I had to write a review.

    - Broken merchandise
    Furniture came on time. Assembly was quick. However one of the arm chairs had a split in the wood - rather than send every thing back I tried to wood glue the split - disappointing. All the pieces are on the weak side rather than a sturdy feel. AND it looks like I will be sealing the furniture to weather proof it - The cushions are nice and comfortable and true to the color shown. For the price its not bad - just don't expect it to last very long.

    It's perfect!
    I love this set. I didn't want aluminum and glass- predictable outdoor furniture. This set is real wood. It's stylish and easy to accessorize. Easy to put together and with site to store, shipping was free. I got the matching dining set too!! :)

    No Quality Control
    When I opened the box it was clear right away that no care or quality control was used before the furniture was packaged. There was a huge crack where one of the arms connected with the side piece. There was actually paint inside the crack meaning that it happened before the painting process. Also, one of the threaded collars was put in backwards meaning that I could not insert the bolt no matter how hard I tried. On top of that, the paint coat was very thin and the surface of the wood was very rough as though it had never been sanded. The cushions were decent though.

    Four years later almost time to replace
    We have been happy with this set, but living in the very dry Colorado weather has limited the life of the set. Pieces of the chair legs have chipped off and the couch back fabric has disintegrated. Further, you cannot buy a replacement cushion for the seat back from any source as it is a one piece cushion and those are not available anywhere. Four years later we are anticipating replacing the set when the season is over. We also have a dining table which has had some similar wear issues with the very dried out, worn our wood.

    As expected
    We were a little nervous when we read the reviews for the matching dining set, but bought both the dining set and conversation set. The lines are very nice and it looks great on our patio. I wish the cushions were a bit firmer, but pleased with the thickness. The chairs are a nice height and the bench is quite wide. One adult and 2 kids fit easily. The color is quite dark. We did take the advice on the package insert and teak oil the set right away. So far, we're pleased to have a wood set that looks more expensive than it really cost.
