Perfect Fit
I just purchased two of these and placed them over my faucets; nothing complicated. They're large enough and appear to seal perfectly. I'll update this review if anything changes. At this time, I would recommend this product.

It's a piece of foam
It's a piece of foam. Not much to rate. It's cheap and even if it last a year or two, the damage it prevents is worth the money.

Wanted to get 3 for my other properties that doesn't have the updated cold weather valve but oh well... will check other local stores along my errand route to see if i can get it for the same lower price. I did some modifications to ensure longevity of this simple design product. Can't upload pictures of my mods for some reason. Basically used what i had on hand... clear package tape and laminated the whole thing. securing the cheap foam cushion to the styrofoam is a definite must or it'll be gone by the next season. Also taped the black outer washer to the styrofoam; it doesn't need to be loose. and added an old plastic card on the inner side to stiffen that part as well so it's basically a more solid sandwich of plastic=styrofoam-plastic when you secure the rubber tie down.Earl

All you have to do is loop the little loop on the handle of the spigot and then pull from the other side to tighten it securely with the wall. It stays put too. It was so easy for me. It was my first time trying it and I figured it out without any instructional videos. Hope this helps. Would buy again!MrsOCortez

Note that they will break easily if roughly handled since they are styrofoam. But this should be expected of styrofoam.
