    Soothing and a course for a relaxing environment

    This thing is amazing!
    I like the way that it looks but don't hang it too high on the wall or the heat will go towards the ceiling and not down towards the tub/shower where the heat can reach you. Other than having to move it, it's amazing!

    Beautiful
    Remodeled my entire wall with a new TV, soundbar, and this electric fireplace. Had to make a couple adjustments including a hole for the vent so the heat would not damage the TV. Then covered it with a little screen thats hardly noticeable.

    This product is nothing more than a low grade heater encased in lightweight sheet metal. The specs says it has a front blower. Wrong the blower vent is on the top. The measurements stated in the specs are incorrect, also. Basically, I had to modify this product to install it.

    Disappointing.
    Pros: I love the look of the glass and flames in this unit, it installed easily and the price was right. Cons: This thing is very clunky. It has a very unfinished look with the sleek glass face mounted on an ugly metal box. It is actually kind of tacky if you look at it from any angle besides directly in front as pictured. The heat is also underwhelming. Bottom line: I will probably try to return it if the shipping isn't too expensive.

    Beautiful Fire place
    I love the fire place. I hate it in my bedroom and it is awesome. Usually the cords are in the center on the back of the product , but this one is on the right hand side, when the fire place is front facing. Of course my outlet it to the left, I just painted a cord cover and wahla all done. Just absolutely gorgeous. And the heater does warm my 15x16 room in about 1.5 hour completely.
