Love it!! Very cozy!
I am completely satisfied with this product!! It warms up our 400sq foot room quickly on lowest setting, not hot to the touch at all. We turn off the heat and just enjoy the "flames" too, very cozy! We used a masonry bit to mount onto our brick wall in 15 minutes, easy peasy!! Highly recommend!!

No thermostat
Very top heavy, Unstable, screws not right size to assemble, very heavy, arrived damaged, not good heat just blows up to ceiling. It's so heavy and bulky I can't even return it because I'm disabled and it's too difficult to repackage. NO THERMOSTAT VERY BAD PRODUCT!!!

    Would not recommend
    Noisy, doesn't put out much heat and flame not as pictured. Poor quality. Trying to communicate with third parties company that sold it in Walmart website. Not a Walmart product. Want to return it asap.

    this item is suppose to be suitable for areas of approx.1000 sq.ft. I would say it is closer to the space under your desk! This thing is all about looks...not function. A 1500 watt hair dryer would be just as effective and take up a fraction of the space,not to mention much cheaper!! What a disappointment...will NEVER order something like this on-line again.Would send it back,except the person I got it for threw out the boxes.

    Not a bad looking heater, you get what you pay for. Not realistic. Heat only comes from the top it has side vents but no heat.

    Bought this to put in an unused wood burning fireplace. It doesn't look real, but we didn't expect it to. Our grandson said it's like watching a fire on TV. Doesn't put out much heat. I don't know if I would've bought it if I'd seen it in real life - purchase was made based on on-line pictures, video and ratings. If you are expecting it to look like a real fire, you will be very disappointed.

    would NOT recommend this to a friend !!!
    IT CAME TO ME IN ABOUT 1,000 PEACES ... TRIED TO REACH WHERE IT CAME , NO LUCK... SO MY WIFE TOOK TO OUR WALMART STORE BECAUSE I'M A DISABLED VET. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND TOOK IT AND GAVE US A REFUND.

    Defective but return was hassle free
    This fireplace is really pretty and looks great. However, the heater in mine did not work properly. I called the company and they gave me a full refund, hassle free, and did not expect me to package it all back up and return it. They were very professional and kind. I may have just gotten a faulty unit, but I would purchase from this company again because of their excellent customer service!
