Very Durable & Worth the Cost
I customized my case for my iPhone 3GS and made an additional one for dad for father's day this year. The cases are very durable and protect our phones even though we've dropped them dozens of times. I designed my case with 8 pictures, so it was very colorful and I got so many compliments, and of course I suggested it to anyone who asked. Although the case may get scratched, the pictures don't fade, or scratch off, which was one of my worries before purchasing. However, it's a great product and I'll probably make one for each new phone I get.

Do not buy!
I did not use my pin, I have tried to get my money back and no one can seem to do anything about it. I am unable to get my pin to work on the site. I have followed all directions and it still does not work. The website was down for a week so I couldn't try it.

    case came out great
    The picture on the case came out great, they wrapped the picture around the sides of the case. It was easy to do and came with in a couple days. case seems very sturdy

    Good Quality, Fast, Very Happy
    This is the first time I have purchased a case from this company and I was very pleased. The website was easy to navigate and uploading and cropping my photo was easier than I expected. The delivery of the product was fast and despite reviews I had read, the case fit our iPhone 4 perfectly. The quality of the printing of the photo is very clear, but we used a single image, just like the sample shows. Multiple photos could have a different result. Very happy with our purchase and I can't wait till they carry the case for my other phone so I can purchase a custom case for it!

    Easy to order and quick delivery
    I was hesitant to order this item because it's just listed as a photo case and doesn't show what the design options are. I went for it anyway and placed my order. Within hours of my purchase, I received my code to use and followed the instructions provided. It couldn't have been easier! There are various background colors to choose from and about 4 different photo layouts. I chose one that allowed me to have 3 photos on my case. Next, I uploaded my photos and placed them in the layout and that was it! I ordered my case on a Monday and received it in the mail on Friday. So quick and simple and the price is very reasonable compared to other photo product sites. I am very pleased with my purchase!

    This was so cool! I ordered one for each of my daughters and also one for my niece for Christmas and they were all perfect! The girls just loved them and I will probably be ordering one for myself and one for my husband in the near future!

    Although it took a little more than two weeks to get it, I was very pleased with the case. At first the outside shell was a little loose, but after a day it molded into the phone and fits perfectly. The picture quality was very good and the case really protects from shock. I have two small boys so my phone gets thrown around alot. I even returned the one I had bought with shutterfly for more money and was not happy with their product considering all their good ratings. I gave it four stars because it took a little more than two weeks to get it and you have to buy a separate screen protector for the phone.

    I actually purchased this item at a Walmart store when I was there with my granddaughter looking for a case for her new Iphone. It's a cute idea & comes with what we hope is really a hard case like they say, however the instructions are wrong as to how you access the website. If you type www.walmart.com/customcase (as instucted on back of card)you come to walmart.com. If you then do a search for "custom case" it brings you to an e-card which you can purchase or "click in you already have a card" which takes you to Case-Mates website which doesn't let you enter your card code & wants to charge you $40 + delivery. After a few unsuccessful attempts I called casemates customer service & was given the correct browser address which is www.case-mate.com/walmart/?aff=5120 that took me to a payment page which allows you to type in the gift card number. Hope after all of that it looks as good as the one in the store.
