Awesome
I am usually a person who does not read the instructions unless I have too. I felt when I read the instructions, they were very clear in the explanation. Currently I use this with another device that plays over the radio in my car. The audio quality is much better than the previous mp3 that I had. One thing I did not like about this was the fact that when I turn the device back on, it does not go to the last song that I played. It started over from the top of my playlist. I found out how to get the tracks to shuffle and that fixed the problem of having to skip through the tracks to the last song you play. I have not added pictures or videos because I am only interested in playing music while I am driving. I have almost 500 tracks on here and I have barely made a dent in the amount of space that is on here. I have not used the headphone that came with it, I use a pair that I already own and this sounds really good to me with my current pair.

Will be returning this ematic 8GB MP3 player
This MP3 player has no ability to 'select' the album or song you want to hear. If the song you want is #55 in your list to get it you have to push the 'forward' button 54 times!!!!!! You can put music in 'folders', but then you have to wade through the menu to find them. The screen has writing that looks like poor quality typing and you can't see the whole song or band name, it has to 'scroll' across. This was a huge disappointment as it came just days before my anniversary (it was a gift for my computer unfriendly husband.) I had to go buy a better quality product and load in all his music in a short time. Altogether a disappointing purchase and while I accept a good part of the blame, the product specs and description left out the critical 'can't select' info. If I had wanted a 'shuffle only' MP3 player I would have picked one. Do your self a favor and go into the $35-55 range and get a higher quality better function user friendly MP3 player.

    Good for the price
I bought one of these a while back for my best friend's daughter. It had held up well so when my daughter needed a new one I ordered one for her. All I can say is make sure you ship to store and pick up as I did the first time because the second time I got one that was dirty, used and missing the instructions and had the wrong charging cable so had to return it. Will try again but doing ship to store this time.

    Good sound, easy to use.
Overall this is a great little music player. It is a great price and the FM player is excellent. It doesn't let you select individual music folders (and doesn't display them at all). So, finding the song you want to listen to is difficult if you have a lot of songs. Also, each time it is turned on, the current song is always the first one. Unfortunately the video conversion software is very confusing to use and I was unable to convert my mp4 video to amv format. I am looking into another video conversion tool now.

    SO very bad.
I loaded all my songs in .mp3 format. I looked at 20 songs. The player gave me "format error" on 7 of the 20 songs. I listened to 5 songs and one had high pitch squealing noise which was not on my old MP3 player or on my computer copy. All my songs are listed as "singer-song" but 3 of the 20 songs appeared "singer-songXYZ". The XYZ looked like a few letter off the album which I did not want and never appeared on my old MP3 player or my computer copy. I then tried to delete all the songs and reload them. I could not delete all the songs. I could song by song and by folder but not all at once. I highlighted all the songs and deleted which it said deleted but still appeared. Obviously they were still there because when I tried to reload the second time the player gave me "insufficient memory" error. I returned the MP3 player the next day. Stupid design error in my mind is that the pause and play button is also the on/off button on the side. You also have to push the side on/off button and then the "M" button to get to the folders/albums.

Sound is good but file/song management very poor
Good price, pretty good sound (if you replace the earbuds with a better headphones). Rip the CDs to computer using something like MS Media. Then using the USB cord just drag and drop into the device. That part is easy. Unfortunately, the device starts at the same spot each time you turn it on, you can't pick playlists from what you've loaded, and it is fairly clumsy as far as moving between songs and albums. If the revue had an ease of use line, it would rate a 1 out of 5. I have read that you can get some folder info by hitting power, but that is very hit/miss. The instruction book is not helpful at all as far as file management or moving around the songs loaded. My suggestion is to load it with just the songs you want to listen to for the day - at most. If EMATICS is reading any of this, they need to improve the file management/song list selection, then document how.

    Good Player For The Price
I bought this player to replace one that quit working. Since it was so inexpensive I was very skeptical. At first I couldn't get it to work as I wanted and was about to trash it or just use it as a radio. It was easy to transfer music to it, but I couldn't figure out how to locate individual songs and albums. When I listened to a few songs, turned it off and then back on, it would start over and play the songs I had just listed to. It took too long to arrow over to new music, so I was getting frustrated with it. I couldn't find anything in the instructions to solve my problem and was about to give up. Then I decided to read all the reviews to see if anyone was experiencing the same problem. Fortunately I found a review dated 6/8/10 from lost22 in Pennsylvania. This review was a life saver to me. It said exactly how to find the music list I was looking for. While listening to a song, quickly press the power button, press M, you will see local folder, press M two (2) more times to see albums. Arrow (top right) to CD you want to hear, press M. Arrow (top right) to first song you want to hear, press M to select. Press power again to start playing song. Now I can find individual albums/songs easily, and start playing from there. All in all it's a good player for the money. I got the red one that was cheaper than the other colors for some reason. That didn't matter to me.

Perfect MP3 player for gym workout!
This is the only player I found that worked with more than just mp3 format. I have lots of music on my pc, but it came from cd's. so the format was wmv. This little player covers that! Was the only one I found that could, without having to convert all music to mp3 format. Very happy with this player. Take it to the gym and it runs for hours.

Great Price, but Pro's, and Cons
I found the player to be fairly ez to navigate and find what I was searching for. But I could not figure out how to play back my music in a random play, or shuffle mode. I also noticed that the ear phone jack does not make a good connection once you plug it in the player, seems to be a short in the connection. I purchased my player on 3/14/14, so far I'v downloaded 10 hours of music to the player, and it seems to be plenty of space left. T. Mickie Goochland VA

A very nice mp3 player for exersising and car
I bought this mp3 player mainly for my car. Because nowadays one too many songs are overplayed I like to play some old classic hit music few years ago. I have an auxilary line so its perfect. It allows me to play music instead of taking my smart phone which has a touchscreen so hard to change the song with touch screen being so sensitive. I like the buttons better that way I dont need to take my eyes off the road. Now there is not internal speaker for this price its understandable. pros: -small, - battery life is great for its size, -storage is 8gb, -the mini usb port on the mp3 player is away from the 3.5mm jack, that way I could charge and play at the same time cons: -at first it was very hard to navigate and understand its menu - the text color should be complentary(the background color is light blue while the title of song text was a similar color, makes it hard to see) -when on random(shuffle) it will replay songs that had already been skipped or play before(sometimes i would keep skipping a song and the song would come back many times) - when skipping a song, the volume lowers down then goes back up with the next song in a second. but I want it to just jump over very quick. Overall, this player is a very nice thing to have to exercising and for the car if you dont mind dropping it or getting sweat over it. Comes with usb cable and headphones. Along with a DVD for the drive(but you dont need it)
