Easy to Take Form
Equate Adult Once Daily Multivitamin Gummies Dietary Supplement are an easy way to take vitamins especially if you have trouble swallowing big capsules or tablets. They are soft and come in tasty flavors and do not have a vitamin-y aftertaste.

    Perfect.
    Consistent results. Definitely good absorption. My go to now. Centrum is sugar coated and horrid. Hurts our teeth. This one is not. I will never understand why some sugar coat them. Its unnecessary.

    My option for a daily supplement
    There is about a 20% chabce I'll choke when taking a pill supplement, so I need to find alternative ways to get my daily vitamins. These gummy vitamins do it! No choking either.

    A workout for your jaw.
    These taste ok, but good grief, they are tough to chew. These are tougher than any other gummy I've had. Guess that's ok if you have the time and want to chew on something for a good while. Probably won't buy them again.

    Hard to chew
    They don't taste like multi-vitamins, that's the good thing. And they're cheap. But I don't think they're very chewable: they're like rubber. It's more like eating a hard candy: I have to suck on them until they melt. There's not much flavor. I'll use up the ones I have but I don't think I'll get them again. I've had others I like better.

    The vitamins I received looked old and some were discolored even though it wasn't to expire for another year! Sent this back for a refund.
