Plug and play, simple to utilize and adequately little to store far removed when not being used. Had no requirement for technical support utilizing Windows 10. It's exceptionally thin and effectively convenient. The manner in which the USB is underlying and can fold under the drive for capacity is an extremely decent touch. It is a small USB cable so you may need to use an extension if you need to place the drive away from the machine for any reason.

An O.K. computer.
I like the fact that I didn't have any trouble setting this computer up. It is also compact and easy to use and the price was reasonable. I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a larger USB plug-in that will fit my camera. Now I can't get the pictures off my camera to save them in my picture files or to send them to anyone.

    Fits The Bill
    I have just burned 1 DVD, and loaded up a Chess Program with it, but I am HAPPY with it. Firmware update was a little clumsy, but not that big of a deal. "Just what the Doctor" ordered in my case. Shipping was good.

    Pretty straight forward
    There's a nice slot for the cord, and the cord is not removeable from the device, so you wont lose it. When I plugged it in it installed itself. Pretty easy. It worked on my Windows computer, so I don't know what happened with the other reviewer. It's heavy, but made of plastic. No issues so far.

    Slim and works great
    I bought this external CD drive for my laptop that didn't have a CD drive. Windows recognized the drive automatically. Installation is a breeze. I'm able to upload my games that were in CD format. Also the DVD playback is great. I was able to watch one of my DVD movie without a problem.

    Works! Just what I needed.
    I retired not too long ago and needed something to download large work files so I could help out from home occasionally. Tested it out at home and worked great. Pretty easy set up and quickly transferred files from my laptop so I'm confident it will be great for that purpose. Love anything that is plug and play. I have Windows 10 - no issues. My old DVD player broke so I took it out to my she shed for some quiet DVD movie time. Nice to see my old movies again! Overall, I'm very pleased. Quality and price, very nice!

    Amazing product with ease of use!!!
    I have tried multiple external drives that are compatible with Mac and ended up using this recently. this drive needs no extra steps to install and plug N play works great with DVDs. I'm loving this!!

    Perfect and Portable.
    I just bought a nice, new laptop but it doesn't have a dvd drive.  I decided on this one because it works with Windows 10,  allows me to watch movies, play music, and burns CD's.  And the great price was the clincher. This drive works very well for watching movies in bed.  I had to move the device around and it played smoothly, no skipping whatsoever which is great. I am very happy with my purchase and the fact I can now enjoy entertainment anywhere I go.

    Amazing and so small!
    This drive is really nice looking, slimline, and has cord storage in the bottom. It's so compact and travels easily, I can even hook it up to my phone! Really great drive.
