Bad Manage of products in stock.
The product came in an open box and smell oil inside. Look like a used product. Probable somebody had choose to deliver a previous return used item.

    Clear oil at 10,000 miles!
    2008 Acura TL 215,000 miles.. Haven't used Fram filters in 20 years but tried the Ultra Synthetic with synthetic oil twice now. This time I didn't change oil on my Acura at the 7000 mile system interval because the oil looked clean! I'm at 10,000 miles on my 15,000 mile synthetic oil and the oil seriously looks clean, dark amber but no hint of the typical carbon black I used to see by 7000 miles. These filters are very good period. Just try one.

    stick to cheaper fram--why?
    I paired this with 15k Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. Only five thousand miles did I realize my oil is dirty and I changed it. So no, I don't recommend paying more for 15k, 20k stuff and use common sense to change oil and filter when you see is necessary.
