boresight
must have got one that was made early monday morning or late on a friday....when i finally got 30-06 on bullseye...put boresight back in...dot showed up 8 inches high and 2 inches to left....while my scope showed bullseye

    Wildly inaccurate
    Laser was centered in crosshairs but shots weren't even on the paper. I got the scope centered and rechecked the laser again later and it was way low and left of the correct center. Save your money and buy a higher quality one or pay to have a gunsmith boresight your scope for about the same cost.

    Not for long range use
    I used this today, and you can't go out but to about 50 yards with the laser. I normally have my target at 112 yards when I check my scope. You couldn't see the laser at that range, the target was even in a semi shaded area. I then moved to set it at about 50 yards. It was good enough to get the 1st shot on paper when I took my shot at 100+ yards. I then made my adjustments and took 3 more shots. For $15 I don't guess you can really complain.

    I find this product to be very fast and easy to perform compared to other sighting methods. I haven't gone to the range as of yet.

    Dim light / short battery life
    Fits just right in my rifle. Light is dim (even with new batteries). Batteries do not last long and Walmart does not stock them (in my local store). Went through three sets of batteries trying to get one bore sight.

    Quick and easy
    I used this item to sight in a Monarch scope, very simple to use and accurate. It will get you on the paper and save a lot of wasted ammo.
