Mixed Messages from Customer Support
Received a damaged package with damage to the body of the Jeep. Called to have it picked up which occurred the next day. However, carrier said we needed a label while Walmart customer support said they did not. Carrier went ahead and took the package so we will see if we get charged for not having returned the item. Did request a replacement so fingers crossed it arrives in good shape. This was to be a Christmas present for our grandkids so that's out the window now

    Tough little Jeep
    My 2 year old grandson loves this Jeep. Jeep is built tough. Grandson has worn the tires out. We need 4 news ones. Please advise if available.

    Great item.
    Great durable item. Battery lasts awhile. The battery takes 18 hrs for the first charge. So make sure you prepare. I also wish the tires were real rubber.

    Power Wheel is the best and longest lasting. Love!
    This is the second Power Wheel we own and its just as good as the first. Battery life is excellent, they are durable and fast enough for my 4 and 6 year olds. Unscrew the screw on the speed lever and it goes faster. If the wheels crack you can replace almost any part of a Power Wheel unlike other brands. Well worth the price

    Not what you expect from Fisher Price
    Its more like a local brand jeep. Ride is not smooth on grass. Not happy with product, not what I expected from FP. I wont recommend it to anyone.

    Super fun toy!!
    I read a ton of reviews before buying. A lot of people said their jeep came with damage. The box got here with no physical damage on it. There was one small piece that was broken but it doesn't affect anything and I still need to order a replacement. My husband put it together in about 90 minutes. The only part he needed help on was tightening the front wheels. The "slow" mode is actually a good speed for my 2 and 4 year old. It runs on grass pretty well too. I wish it had seat belts but so far it's been fine without. It's super fun. My kids LOVE it!!!!!!

    We bought this jeep for our kids for Christmas. Delivery was quick and efficient. We put it together the other day and it went together easily and quickly. All the parts were there. Once assembled it ran well and it's easy to use. Looking forward to Christmas morning!

    Good buy for young drivers.
    This is a good toy, and potential teacher, for the price. It does entertain, but only runs 1 to 1 & 1/2 hrs. on a 12-hour charge, and "some" assembly is definitely required.

    Great Product
    I had a very easy and smooth transaction with Walmart. The product arrived on the day that it was supposed to. There were no broken pieces in the box which I had read in other reviews. All of the pieces were there and it worked great after it was assembled.
