Great Rake!
This rake works really well. I was pretty surprised how light it was when it was delivered. I'm actually able to use it with one hand which comes in handy if I'm holding our little one and wanting to get yard work done! Despite its lightweight, the construction feels very solid, and so far I cannot find any issues with this model. I don't expect it to fall apart and it seems really well built. When it comes to tools that you plan to use a lot like this one, it is well worth it to go for quality and spend a little extra to get something that is going to last you a long time. I would recommend this rake to all my friends and to you if you are in need of a long lasting rake for all of your gardening and landscaping needs.

Basic
Just your basic garden rack. Nothing special. We get A LOT of leaves and, ad such, are always "fighting" over who gets the heavy duty rake (compared to our old-school fanned out rake). So, having 2 met as l rskes was a grest plzn. But...not this one. Our other metal rake is from ond of the bix box home stores and handles so much better. THIS ine gets cligged with leaves REALLY badly. We sctually had to remove the le as ves by hand every few minutes. Hitting the rake on the ground or side of thd bin wasn't enough. Lastly, we're really tall, so we're hoping that eventually someone will take us tall folkks into account when designjng a product line.

    Exceeded my expectations!
I like the weight of this well made rake. It's not so heavy and I can use for several hours, vigorously, without becoming fatigued. I'm 76 years old and arthritic. Live by myself and still enjoy working outdoors. Good tools like this enable me to do so!

    Highly recommend
I absolutely love this rake. It is made of sturdy material and it is metal on the actual rake part at the bottom. This rigcut down the time in half and I have a really big backyard and front yard. It works better than the plastic rake it seems to catch more of the leaves and it goes down deeper into the grass so we can actually get everything. I would highly recommend this rake

    Lightweight rake
It works great. It is lightweight and grabs the dead grass just like a rake should. Its not real wide so you can maneuver it in small spaces. I like the way it handles and the pole isn't wide so it fits in my hand nicely. Some rakes have thicker handle/pole and it hurts between the thumb and finger. This one sits nice. I have small hands.

    Good Tool to Have
This rake is lightweight, making it easy to carry across to different parts of the yard. It is manufactured well, so I don't have to worry about anything coming loose while I'm raking. I'm pleased with it.

    So lightweight
Very lightweight, hollow but sturdy handle. the base is sturdy enough for light raking (you're not going to easily rip out deep roots or anything). The handle is easy on the hands. Raked for hours without any blistering of the palms. I don't think it would be hard to break the base off if I tried enough so gentle landscaping is encouraged.

    LOVE THIS RAKE!
This Fiskars Aluminum Rake is SO LIGHT! See pic...I can hold it with just a few fingers. It feels comfortable to use and hold, without the immediate fatigue feeling you get with other rakes. The handle is long and narrow, but quite sturdy. The tines are spaced well and are easy to clean out debris. Being all aluminum, it rinses off easily with a hose. Then you can hang it with the built -in hole on the end of the handle. I have a lot of roots and vines and was a bit hesitant to pull too hard. It seemed to 'give' a bit while doing that. However, it seems to be equipped for the task. I dropped a star because the cushioned grip came off within the 1st 10 minutes of use. That, of course, is an issue. Fix that and it's a definite keeper. Other than that, I love this rake! It'll be my new favorite.

    Nice rake
Wow what a rake, I haven't used it yet but it really sturdy and strong. I'm sure it will do a great job when put to the test. I wish I had some leaves so that I could take it for a test drive.

    Excellent garden rake
Not all rakes are made the same. This Fiskars does a great job of being light weight but still strong enough to do the job. First yard job I tasked it with was raking rocks into a small pile, and yanking creeping vine out of the rocks. The tines on the business end aren't bent and the powdercoat finish still looks in good condition. The shaft has a nice rubber grip in the middle making it non-slip even when your hands get sweaty or have less than great gardening gloves. Overall this rake isn't very heavy but still feels very sturdy and strong; I didn't find myself getting tired because the tool was heavy, only because yardwork makes me tired. The top handle was rubberized too, but overall I didn't find myself using that part of the shaft very often. If you're a homeowner or gardener, you need a rake weather its spreading landscaping cover like rocks and mulch, lightly tilling soils to spread grass, or just need to rake some dirt for your herb garden, this Fiskars rake does the job.
