Good product
This is a good machine that is a lot smaller than the giant equipment a lot of stores sell, but it works just as well. The only thing you should really do is Not tighten the screws and bolts until you get things fitted. The directions don't say that and I had to loosen and retighten. Since this is an inexpensive machine tightening once is best or things will loosen badly over time and workouts.

The band feels like it's dragging. I have added oil yet. I am waiting to see if it clears up on its own. Other than that, really great treadmill.

    The best quality treadmill! 10 stars!
    10 stars! I was delighted by how easy this was to assemble (well LOL my son assembled) ...BUT I was really happy on the quality and size. This is for sure a great - sturdy quality treadmill! GREAT VALUE! I wanted non electric for true weight bearing - this is a keeper! Sits in our exercise room alongside our bike.....

    Better than I thought
    Took 15 mins to put together. The small screen that comes has everything you need. Speed, distance, calories and more. Its short when standing and has small back wheels to move around the house. Honestly its better than I thought it would be. Just as a FYI weight limit is 230

    I feel good not plugging it in.
    Had to shed winter and pandemic weight from being sedentary.I left the huge electric treadmill behind when I moved.This is portable and convenient.Why plug something in to do your exercise for you?I am very pleased with this common sense quality treadmill.

    THIS MANUAL TREADMILL IS NO JOKE!!!
    Let me tell you I thought this treadmill would be a easy breeze. Not at all , it will work you . I love it ! It kicks my butt.. I'm 30lbs over my weight and this little monster let's me know it .. I can hardly get passed 5 min . Only because I'm out of shape . But as time go on I'll get better . It was easy to put together and the price was perfect .. The little thing that supposed to keep track of time, calories and distance doesn't work at all. It cuts on but that's about it .. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars It's easily a 5 star besides that.. I love it ! It's easy to put together. It took me an hour. I know some can do it in less.. I LOVE IT ! Also some who think they may be missing the hardware you may not be . I found mine taped on the little foam things in the box .. It fits perfect in my small apartment.. BUY IT! You will love it !!

    For $120 I was pleasantly surprised. Use a tape measure to ensure the back roller is evenly tensioned, otherwise the belt creeps. Otherwise a great purchase!

    Best for mild cardio workout
    I am a huge fun of manual treadmill for home use. It is smaller, foldable and more affordable comparing to the electric one. I walk on this treadmill when I watch shows on TV or iPad. Not so stable for running fast and the belt width can be narrow for that, but perfect for walking fast.
