Unresponsive Customer Service
I ordered the TR3000 Threadmill sometime around May 3, 2016. The tension control knob was damaged. The packing was flimsy and I assumed that was how it was damaged. I emailed the company 3 times and left a voice message requesting a replacement part. After 2 weeks not hearing from them, I was fed up dealing with the business directly and decided to return the Threadmill to Walmart. I followed their instructions in the warranty manual to provide proof of purchase and orther pertinent information regarding Threadmill (i.e. Model, Serial #). I spent my valuable time corresponding to the company, but never once received any status of my request. Good luck if you decide to call them on the phone. There is no person to speak to and you will be directed to leave a voicemail. Even with that I received NO callback. This is the worst customer service outfit I ever dealt with. If you do not want the run around, don't buy a Threadmill from this company. If I could give a zero rating Inwould do so, but I was not given the option.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/09/2022FairI purchased this unit through Walmart.com and received it on Dec, 31,2021. I brought this so that I can walk as we are currently encouraged to social distance because of the Omicron virus. The treadmill does what it is design to do, to be WALKED on and provide a challenge to your workout. The FR TR3000 is an incline manual treadmill. The treadmill has 3 incline setting (8%, 10% and 12%) to give you a challenging walk. When I received the shipment there was a hole in the box that resulted with tray of the computer console to be severely cracked. I contacted customer service and will receive a new console sometime this week. As for the treadmill itself, it was not damage. The unit is study and should hold up for several years providing you keep up the maintenance( oiling the tread belt) . When I started to use the equipment I began to feel slightly winded after 10 minute of continuous use. All of this is attributed to walking on an incline platform. The platform when lowered to the ground is not on level footing. You will have to use a board (2x4) if you want that, but be aware that your ability to walk on the treadmill will be very difficult as the incline position provide gravity for the belt to move. After using the unit a little over a week, I have some likes and dislikes about the treadmill. Like: 1) Low Price (very affordable $204.00) 2) High user weight capacity (325 pound) 3) Sturdy build Dislikes: 1) Inaccurate data from the computer console (Timer runs faster than a stopwatch - 10 to 40 sec faster depending on the length of workout) 2) No OFF and On button on the computer console. 3) Very small transport wheels (You are better off carrying the treadmill yourself) As with all other piece of equipment there will be things you like about it and things you dislike about it. From my experience this is a fair and decent unit as it does what it was design to do (to be walked on). If you are an older person who is working out for the first and want to just walk you would be better off getting a motorized version of this unit as walking on incline running deck for a prolong period of time can hurt your lower back, hips and knees. I use this treadmill for circuit training on my cardio days and as a finisher on my days of strength training as I am happy with this purchase. If you are expecting a commercial gym like experience on the high end treadmills, then this unit is NOT for you. But if you want to sweat and put your body to work then this treadmill can help you get there. I give this unit 3 1/2 stars out of 5. 1/2 off star because of no OffJayAt60s

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/03/2021Better workout than outside walkingI think it is super! I love the added effort it takes to get and keep the belt moving, burns lots of extra calories. No electric is a great idea!HappyCustomer

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/18/2021Spend an extra $100 to get a better treadmillThe electronic components are cosmetic only, the incline is not adjustable (meaning that you can only walk and hold on to the bars, otherwise you will move faster than your legs can carry you.) I would highly recommend investing more money and buying a better treadmill.Kevin

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/29/2021Excellent Treadmill with Excellent Results! This Fitness Treadmill is absolutely amazing! Real fitness Treadmill is a real challenge, but a very good challenge. I am burning off more calories, more sweat and more fat, and gaining more energy. I see the difference and I feel the difference. The set up was very easy. I love the huge digital display which shows the heart rate, calories, miles and much more. What I love best about this treadmill is that it put me in control of the speed and how far I can go and I can stop at anytime. I definitely love it! Thanks!Icantbelieveitsnotbutter

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/01/2016Works Fine Despite Being BrokenThe product works fine. You get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting something great and high tech...obviously. However, while testing it out, the computer didn't load any data. No movement...no calories being burned...nothing. My husband checked it out and saw that the wire going to the computer had been cut. I'm not sure if that was a manufacturing issue, or something that happened in transport to the store. The box was a little dented, but I didn't think much of it. I work in retail and know that these things happen. I honestly don't mind so much as to return it, I only care that the treadmill actually moves. But if you're buying this with the computer in mind, I'd strongly advise you spend the extra few bucks and get something a bit better.hcountryman
