Indescribably good!
This user friendly chair has developed a mutual relationship with my derriere equal to that experienced only by couples who will experience a lifetime of pleasure and passion joined together for all eternity. The quality of workmanship is equal to the fine materials used in it's construction. I anticipated a loving and meaningful experience daily exceeded only by my redundant verbosity. Ananais

Don't be fooled !!! Nice while it lasted
Nice looking chair and it's fairly comfortable, however and that's a big however, after a couple of years of very light use the hydraulic shock lost it's ability to keep the chair the up (high) position and all the fake leather was coming off. Bought two and both have the same problems. Shame since this chair looked so good.

    Do not buy this chair
    The chair was supposed to be a high back executive chair. Well, it is not and it is uncomfortable as ever. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR if you are looking for comfort and a high level of quality .

    Starting to fall apart
    We have had these chairs for less than 2 months. The section where the arm meets the back of the chairs are all cracking. The cover is also popping out. It is happening in every single chair even though some are in an area where there is not a lot of traffic. Also they slide across the floor very easily & have slide out from under 2 people.

    My, my, my, what an easy put together luxury executive office chair! It took me about an hour to put it together because I took my time and enjoyed each step of it. I'm just blown over by the comfort and the color goes with my writing desk. I'm considering purchasing a black one for the main office in our home.

    a nice place to sit
    decided to spend a little more based on time seated. for the extra received better leather & padding thats firm/supports.shipping was FREE to home, arrived in 3 days. instruction clear; wheels into base, lift cylinder into base, (4 screw each/12 total)attach back to seat, fasten arms, attach mount plate to seat. then put assembled chair onto lift cylinder , DONE.

    Comfortable and easy to set up
    I did a lot of research and didn't want to pay too much for an office chair. I have had it for a week now, so I can't yet be sure about durability, but everything else is amazing. I have been using it everyday an quite a lot, and have no doubt it is very comfortable. I kind of expected the back to be a little higher because of some reviews I read, but I don't think it is short (I'm 5'9). Also, the reviews gave me the impression I wouldn't be able to assemble it by myself, but I thought I'd give it a try and was able to do it in less than 20min. I'm very satisfied with it!

    It came with no assembly instructions and parts missing. I phoned for instructions and missing parts and was told they would be mailed to me and someone would contact me. No one contacted me and I did not receive anything in the mail. I returned the chair

    This is a nice looking chair and the only reason I rated as a Good in Meets expectations is because when you first get a chair like this, with the lumbar support it's not comfortable until you get it broke in a little. Lol. The chair was very easy to assemble and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this chair.
