Horrible! Build plate was warped when received!
So I ordered this printed, paid over 1,000 bucks for it. The first one came USED, and missing pieces and broken limit switch. Walmart reshipped me out a new one. That one came and was perfect so I thought. Went to print and was able to do the initial print test and was great. After trying to print several times NOTHING would stick to the build plate no matter what I tried, or it would rake it off. (Yes the nozzles are gapped correctly and evenly, both nozzles are even). I then found by putting a straight edge on the build platform that it was warped severely. High in the center and low all around. So I contacted FlashForge. Big mistake. Firstly they make you feel like an idiot for not buying from them, then they make you feel even more so because your screen on the creator says Creator X, so that's what I put for the model number. (On one screen of the LCD on printer says Creator X, the next screen says FF Creator Pro) Anyways, I explained to them that the build platform was warped, and nothing printed correctly.. I got an email back 2 days later "Yes this is a known issue with this printer, you will need to buy our glass plate and hardware to print onto the glass." Why should I have to PAY MORE for a flaw that they knew of?? So I had a piece of Boro glass laying around cut it to size, and was able to print a few more times. Now all of the suddent, I am getting ASCII Characters allover the LCD screen of the printer. I have to reboot it several times to get it to clear up. Finally they went away and now everytime I print, I get nothing but warped prints (NOT EVEN ABS, PLA, yes PLA) The outside edges end up lifting higher than the object printing and causes a snowball effect from there on. I'm not at all pleased with their reply that "these are known issues" and then they want you to buy more. If its a known issue, then they should FIX IT, and not make you pay more! Will more then likely be sending this one back too..
