Good enough to 'Give'
my sister had lost her 'Fitbit'. She was the one who encouraged me to get a Garmin Vivofit (1) this past June. I love mine because it can go in the pool; i need never take it off. When I found that Sam's had Vivofit 2 for nearly half of what I'd paid for mine, I had Sam's ship one to my sister. She said their original delivery date was missed, but she was informed that this would be the case. Sam's then delivered before their new promised date. Vivofit 2 seems to have a computer 'toggle' that is even handier for those of us who use the computer to off load our stats once a week (rather than a Smart phone). Joyce really likes the Garmin, especially that it acts as a watch (something her Fitbit had not done). Only 'warning' is that you must unload your stats on Sundays or you don't get credit in the online ranking of how you've fared in competing with others each week. The Garmin Vivofit has definitely helped me (& my sister) lose weight through accountability to # of steps walked each week.

wasn't advertised as refurbished
As soon as I linked my vivofit to garmin connect, I was told my batteries were dead. $13.00 worth of batteries later, I was still having problems, called Garmin and was told I had bought a refurbished product. Had I known, I would not have bought this from you.

    Great Features
I've had this for several weeks now and love how I can easily keep up with daily activities. It motivates me to get up and move if I have not reached my daily goal.

    Waterproof-comfortable-no charging= happpy Me!
All my co-workers where I work were getting their fitness monitors and I wanted one too, but I really needed one that was waterproof because I am very active in watersports. Garmin is waterproof to 5 atmospheres (I think that is what it said), that made it the obvious choice for me. I am super happy this tracker does all of the basic functions I really wanted except for the heartrate which was way more expensive. I have found I don't seem to miss the heart rate information all that much. My Vivo fit 2 has been sturdy, works well, and set up was easy. It is a bit larger than the competition, but I don't mind it as I normally would wear a wrist watch for work. It fits on my wrist comfortably, and I have not had trouble with it falling off. I sleep, and shower, do housework etc. with it on. I really like that it encourages me to incorporate more movement in my day. The price was right, and I would buy this tracker again~

Most helpful tool I've invested in
I've been using this tracker everyday since i got it 2 weeks ago. It has helped me to add more exercise to my fitness goal and it was easy to set up! I really like the activity alert feature because it helps remind me when I've been sedentary too long.

    Vivofit 2
I bought this several months ago and in the beginning it worked fine, however it started becoming unpaired several weeks ago and will not stay paired. Would not recommend. It is good if used as a watch or to count steps on wrist. Not good if you want to use Garmin connect.

    Easy to Read
I bought this last month. Although easy to read it is difficult to push button on right to get to sleep. You have to hold then it zips right past it. Otherwise works as listed.

    Vivofit 2
Overall a good product, I have noticed a bit of delay in the step tracker, does miss a few steps if you've been idle for at least a half hour. It does work well with myfitnesspal and does a great job tracking sleep patterns. I was hoping to get a unit that didn't require a chest strap for a heart rate monitor but it does work well and since I don't use it that often I'm not overly concerned about wear on the strap or the unit's battery life. I'd like a more comfortable watch band or a different type of clip altogether since I do seem to catch the band continuously. Otherwise a great product and I really enjoy it.

Great buy, Sam's Membership is paying for itself
I picked up this second Vivofit2 at the great price. I love this health tracker it is so easy. The apps that it works with are simple to use. The device is waterproof so you don't have to remove it to shower or swim and you don't have to charge it because it has a watch battery. The savings of over $30+ dollars from the original price sealed the deal.

Nice, easy to use activity tracker
I like the versatility of this tracker. You can toggle easily between steps taken, steps needed to meet goal, miles walked, calories burned, the time of day and the date. Easy to sync information to your smart phone and computer. Wrist band is secure and not bothersome to wear at all. It also tracks your sleep which I have found to be very informative. Wish it also had a wake up alarm but it does not. It has an inactivity bar to alert you to prolonged periods of inactivity, although I find this annoying at times. I bowl on a league and when I'm done bowling 3 games it always shows I have been inactive for over an hour even though it records steps during the entire time. I like it though when I have been truly inactive. It also has a back light for low visibility situations but it's very subtle and still difficult to see at times. Overall though, I am very pleased with this tracker. Got a great sale price at Sams. I actually had to return my first tracker due to an issue with not being able to toggle between screens consistently, but the second one works fine.
