I was recommended this product from a friend who also has bad knees as it worked great for them so figured I would give it a try and it works great with no knee pain.luckeys1221

We bought it again as we have noticed a significant shortening in our running strides, and we believe that it was the Gazelle that gave us the nice stride. Although we haven't seen a great difference (adults take longer), our 7 yo daughter has! She had two soccer games this week and she was outrunning the ball effortlessly and got some great saves! Can't wait for that to kick back in for me and my husband! FYI we do use in conjunction with a standard treadmill, a tread climber, as well as outdoor sports and running. Also, my daughter is about 48 inches tall, I think much under that would be too small to use properly. Overall, the Gazelle offers more in-motion stretching than all others, with no impact. Truly a unique and valuable training tool, even works for kids!Jmonti

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/12/2016Easy to Use With Quick ResultsI picked this item up from local Walmart. It's extremely heavy so I suggest to have it shipped to your home. This item is wrapped with a lot of plastic, so it's hard to see what is where inside. The best thing to do is lay the box down in an open space, Cut the box open and slide product out so it's facing you then cut plastic wrap off. It will be in assembly mode so you don't have to move everything around. Take the boxed parts and put them to the side. Open everything up so you will be ready. It will save you time when building this which is very easy but hard if you don't place everything in front of you properly. OK so it took me a little longer to build this because I did it on my own. It took 25 mins when it should have took 10. The timer I do not use but placed it on the bar as directed for looks. This machine is amazing. It's low impact which makes it easy on the knees to move. You can walk or run, You move your legs side ways to move your inner and outer thighs. You can strength train your arms and chest but keeping your legs straight and just pulling the bars or pushing them. I lost 3 inches in the first 5 days with only a 10 15 min work out for first 6 days. I walked for 10 mins a day and did an arm routine which really helped my arms. As an ex body builder who stopped working out and gained a lot of weight I can tell you this is an ideal work out to help get the body back into shape. It is good for reshaping and tightening. you should follow the work out video or guide if you are new to this. Also eat a balanced diet every day. To avoid the muscle soreness that comes after working out I suggest to eat a low calorie protein snack with in an hour to distribute to the muscles for recovery purposes. The gazelle is a sturdy machine and should last a long time if taken care of. Note: the peddles do fall down so be careful when folding the machine for storage.Simcalel
