Amazing
I put this thing on and instantly started to sweat on my stomach, you can honestly wear it everyday , it's not bulky or will show under your clothes, now let's workout in it and see how it goes i bet it'll be dripping in sweat after

Only worth it, if you are looking for something that you do not need to pull or stretch. If you pull it or stretch it to get a snug fit, the velcro does not match up properly. So the little hooks will stab you or crab onto your clothes.

    Designed poorly
    This would be a lot more comfortable if the Velcro part was a little more narrow than the belt. It sticks out on top and bottom and digs into your skin. I have to fold it in the middle in order to wear it and it creates a big bulge so I can't wear it in public at all.

    I bought this item to help sweat off a couple inches around my midsection. I wear it to the gym, i go thrèe to four times a wèek. I purchased two wèeks ago and everytime i take it off im dripping sweat !!! While i havent seen much actual pounds lost i have lost inches around my belly! I love it!

    Works good for what I'm using it for.
    I have major back and SI joint problems, I have to wear a back brace and SI joint brace that go around hips, I wear this 8" waist trimmer around my hips at night to sleep in, I wish the inside rubber part had a lining so it didn't stick to the skin, It helps to keep in the warmth and hold my SI joints in place.

    A must have.
    This very inexpensive trimmer lives up to its name. I'm a plus size woman (5"10, 300lbs) and this belt has helped me tremendously. I have paid for a pricey belt thinking I would get acceptable results --No. The Gold's Gym line has the technology to really sweat out that midsection. I have lost several inches in my waist, and I am happy.

    Excellent belt
    I use this when I'm weight lifting and while I'm doing cardio. The belt is perfect for my waist which is 34 inches with room on the belt if you're smaller or bigger. It gets pretty wet after a workout so I lay it out or hang it up until I wash it. It does what it's supposed to do. I've been using it for two weeks and I noticed slimming in my waist.

    Excellent Plus Size waist trainer
    This is my third waist trainer and by far the best one I've found. I needed one that would support my upper abdomen , without rolling or cutting in, during weight training and cardio at the gym. I have an upper abdominal hernia and I use this belt to prevent further injury while working out. The size is great both in circumfirence and length. I'm 5'9 and wear a size 18-20. There is extra room so I am sure it would fit bigger sizes though. It's pliable yet strong and the velcro adheres smoothly . It fits me perfectly from below my ribs to over my hips. It also does it's job on producing sweat under the belt. In comparison to the others I've bought the, cost and quality is top knotch.

    Great Waist Trimmer!!
    I bought 2 and they are wonderful. I wear them under my work clothes and when I go for a run. I have lost a couple inches in the first week. I am tall so I wear 2 trimmers to cover the entire stomach but they are so comfortable. I will be buying more.

    This product is AMAZING!! I absolutely love mine after just one use. I have the blue zip-up Gold's Gym waist trimmer also, but this one seems to work better (keep in mind that I used this one, then I put the blue one over it). I had high hopes that this one would work better than the blue one...and I was so impressed!! I did my usual 35 minutes on the elliptical and, when I finally took it off afterwards, it sounded like a small water balloon had broken on my stomach. I looked down and saw water leak out of it...not even kidding, it left a small puddle on my bathroom floor!! It was so...gross!! lol.. but awesome at the same time because I don't usually sweat no matter how hard I workout, at most my skin can feel a bit damp... this thing made me sweat a puddle!! (it may have helped that I had the blue one over it, I'm not sure) I have zero complaints and I highly recommend this product!!
