    Try It, it's cheap and good.
    The Great Value Cookies and Cream ice cream defeats the higher priced versions and it isn't even close. Blue Bell, Tilamook, all of them! This is IMHO, after trying every one- even Ben and Jerry's. And the best thing, is that GV price - currently under 2.50 for 3 pints. That is cheaper than anyone's single pint. My luck, they read this and change it up. Try it!

    Ive bought this particular ice cream quite a bit and like it alright. But i do have an issue with the tub i bought recently. My husband and i got half way through it just for me to find a hard piece of plastic in it. I felt that if it was the plastic covering that we would've found it from the start. But no, it was towards the bottom layer that i came across it with it stuck to the roof of my mouth. A bit concerned because of how much could've been in there and if anyone else may have consumed it without knowing. I wrote this review to notify as a beware and that maybe the company might take a look into any further issues or possiblity of contamination.

    Really great ice cream!
    Excellent ice cream! It has creamy vanilla enveloped in big chucks of oreo cookies. It is loaded with cookies and it's just as good as any top brand. Well done Wal-Mart! I still wont eat Walmart meat though.

    Best ever!
    I will pick Great Value cookies and cream ice cream over any other brand! It tastes so creamy and has big chunks of cookie pieces. The more expensive brands have small flecks of cookie. I would buy this even if it was the same price as the name brands!

    Great affordable ice cream
    Love great value ice cream. It is just as good as the higher brands and that's good cause my grandsons love ice cream so I can usually get great value brand cheaper and get more of it.

    The Best Walmart Ice Cream
    I have tried numerous Walmart brand ice creams, and most of them are lacking in flavor and adequate quantity of candy/cookie/fruit pieces, however this one is in my opinion by far the best. It is filled with cookie pieces and it mixes well with the ice cream. Of course it is great value, and not name brand, so it will be lacking in ice cream quality, however it makes it up with the wonderful mix of flavor and you cannot beat the price.
