Quality build and plenty of power.
The mower came boxed well and required only 4 bolts to assemble the push handle, these are plastic handle knobs and require zero tools. The mower build quality is exceptional with all seams and connections aligned well and secure. The thing feels rugged! It took two (2) 4Ah batteries to mow my half acre lot. I have the sixteen (16) inch mower deck. The batteries quick charge in approximately 20 minutes after a 5 minute cool down period from full discharge. As you can see by the pictures I also mulched as I was mowing. Now I must say I WAS MULCHING, I had the mulch plug installed and no "catcher bag" attached. I have zero doubt this thing would PLOW through 3" of leaves with the bagger attached! Yes, this mower comes with a mulch plug that easily installs with zero tools! Remove the catcher bag and clip in the plug, easy peasy! There is a safety key by the battery compartment and when removed the mower will not operate, good idea! Bottom line is that mowing with this thing is a breeze, it's light, quiet and powerful. I have always been a gas guy though as my blower, trimmer and chainsaw are now HART cordless, gas station runs and oil changes are a thing of the past.

Crappy batteries die quick but grass looks great
Batteries are crap. Makes the lawn look good. Can't really handle grass taller than an inch. You have to raise it and trim the grass down before actually mowing it. Can't do thick-grass or the really thin blades grass. The batteries go dead in about 7 minutes. Takes hours to charge. My small yard takes 10/15 minutes with gas mower but with these small batteries I have to use both on the front yard then recharge and do 1/4 of the backyard then recharge and so on. Takes 2 days and 4 charges to get my yard completed. If they gave the 40v batteries and fast charger with this mower it would be excellent. The batteries with it are meant for the blower, weed eater and drill. Can't handle a mower very well.

Light weight, but strong , and mows great for 20v!
This is a first impression review. Received the Hart 20v mower today, and put it all together in about 10 minutes. I chose this one because I already Hart 20v tools. Charged the batteries in about an hour (I already have another Hart 20v charger). It's very light weight, but the materials are strong. We have a small yard, about 2,000 sq. ft. of lawn with part having a slight incline. The first mow of the season I always cut the lawn short so as to get up all the old, dead grass too. Set the height on the second shortest setting. It did slow a little trying to cut that low, but it never bogged down to a stop, and surprisingly didn't overheat the batteries. The cut was impressive for a 20v mower. It was so easy to maneuver and pushing it was easy because of the light weight. It bagged very well too! I'm well into being a Senior citizen, and my hips are not great, but pushing this mower is not a problem and it's good exercise. It's a keeper if it outlasts the 3 year warranty.

Great Mower and fills a need for my lawn.
I have a really big yard, a couple of acres. I cut most of it with a lawn tractor. The rest, I have been doing with a weed eater. This mower will save me a whole lot of weed eater work. It can mow places the lawn tractor can't get to and save me lots of time. I will still have to weed eat, but only maybe 10 to 15 minutes, not an hour. It is the perfect in between for my mountain home lawn.

Easy to set up and use
After years of a hard to start pull cord mower, this push button start feels like magic. It was easy to set up and works really well. I love that I don't have to fill it with gas and that it collects the grass in the bag.

    No more gas
It is a good lawn mower with the strength of a small engine gas powered lawn mower. It does not make much noise at all and is light. It is very easy to operate. Unfortunately the battery takes a long time to charge and the purchasing another battery is very expensive because it costs almost as much as another lawn mower.

Handy Little Mower for People with Small Yards
This is a very hand little mower and works great on very small yards. When not in season, it can fold up for easy storage. The mower is only 16" wide, so not as wide as a standard mower. It came with two rechargeable batteries and one charger. Putting it together was pretty easy since all you need do is put the bolts into the handle... which also helps you to know how to fold it later for storage. However, the directions were not very clear. It came with two batteries, but there is only a place to put one battery. In one part of the directions, it mentions inserting one batteries, but in another section it says that while it will run on one battery, it won't run as long. For a little front yard, one battery handled it fine on a single charge.

    Incredible powerful and light
This Hart Hr 16 Push Mower is amazing. I have a front yard that is medium size and but not big enough to deserve having a company charging for the job. This Mower is just the perfect size for the job. It is very easy to use, just charge the battery, connect it and ready to go. The size and weight are one of the best attributes, because is very easy to push, clean and to storage it, also because the handle is foldable to make it smaller. Also I have to admitid that the first time I saw the motor spinning I was impressed, this thing is super powerful. It also has his own bag colector And also can adjust the height depending on the necesites.

    Amazing Little Mower!
The HART brand line of tools and power tools is an amazingly well thought out brand with options that rival some of the well known brands. We go t the push mower to see how it compared to our gas powered mower. OMG. There really is NO comparison......other than they both cut grass.:). The HART mower uses a lithium battery that powers the motor.....no gas, no oil, just battery power. Amazingly, the battery has incredible power and this mower can cut grass quiet well. This mower has a 16” cut swath, so obviously, it is for smaller yards. There is a larger mower available if you have a large yard. We just have a normal size yard and this mower handles it very well. Included in the box are 2 20 volt batteries, a mulcher/bagger, and a charger. We were able to charge up the battery within 1 hour and start mowing. OMG. This thing is so quiet you almost cant hear it running, especially compared to gas mowers. You just snap in the battery, push the start button, and off you go. This mower is incredible light and VERY maneuverable. It only weighs 40 pounds. There is a grip handle on the machine to help with carrying and the handle easily collapses for easy storage or transportation. My 12yo son is able to easily mow our yard. While all machinery is dangerous, I have just a little more peace knowing that this mower is so light weight and easy for him to move around. I am so greatly impressed with this mower. We have gone through so many gas machines....I am hopeful that this one will last. It looks like a race car!:). My so loves the design.lol. I cannot say anything about heavy duty mowing, but for a regular yard, this machine does great. You will be amazed and impressed just like we were if you get one of these. The price is comparable to similar gas machines, but pound for pound....this is a great buy. It is part of a large group of tools that use the 20 volt battery system. I think it is amazing that so many tools use the same battery. Very impressed with the mower, very impressed with the brand. Great JOB!

    Hart mower
Hart makes such great tools ! I like this 20 volt mover it cuts so well and is very adjustable you can mow one in four inches and in between heights that make the lawn look great .The charger charges the battery fast and having two batteries I can mow for hours . I really like the size and weight as I store this Hart mower in my garage hanging on a hook and there is no clutter on the floor .The start is silent and fast .I recommend as does Hart some eye protection and pay attention as you would with noisy mowers this Hart mower is the same and it cuts fast so you can get hit with sticks you may mow over ,Sleek, clean ,nice outer hull that cleans easy just wipe off and blades were easy to clean too . Hold the handle and squeeze and just push mow in a sixteen inch swath .Remove the battery and start key the battery compartment when storing. You will be happy with a Hart tool and the Hart 16 in mower .A great gift too!
