Defected/Torn Merchandise
- I recieved the package, I had ordered on 4/13/22. When I open the box the plastic paper that was suppose to go around the paper to separate each paper in the box was all torn. Not only that, it was suppose to be 5 ream, not 4. They sent me 4 ream instead of 5. I paid for 5. Would you like to open up a package and see this. This is unacceptable. The person that pack this box. Had to have seen this, but they just did not care. People/Businesses today do not walk in the integrity of my generation. They don't stand behind their name/product. If you sent out torn, ripped products. What kind of message do you think you are sending to your paying customer. It's like you are saying I don't give a darn, as long as I get the money. This is how you will lose potential loyal customers. I will be requesting a refund. I am sending this back. If there was a grading scale instead of stars. I would give you a "O". This is terrible and unacceptable. Very disappointed. Ms. Joyce

    I Always Use HP MultiPurpose Paper
    The 20 lb 96 brightness HP paper is all I ever use. Never jams and anything I print on it looks great!

    HP outlasted and out-preformed the rest
    HP is absolutely the best printer I have ever used. Over the decades I purchased other brands but they never lasted, unlike my HP. We are decades old friends, who just keep plugging away. I used it for work, for my volunteer work, and now is finally semi-retired alongside me, but still at work with our advocacy and letters to our old friends.

    Excellent product, very quick delivery
    I used to be able to purchase this 5 Ream box at my local club. It is a paper that I have used for many years. Bright but a standard weight 20 lb. I was extremely happy to find it still available for order from samsclub.com. The delivery was very quick (two days) and free for Plus members.

    Missing the 5 ream packages.
    I've used this paper for years and it does everything I need. I do question why you stopped selling the 5 ream packages. I understand not everyone wants to buy that much at a time, but for those of us that do, why not make that an option with a bit of a per ream price break??

    customer satisfaction issue.
    the total cost was for unit price and now I am stuck with 1 full ream (9 useless packs). The unit price should have been charged not 10*

    Very good brand of papers
    Very good brand of papers. However, when I received my order the package was opened. I did not returned the item since it had all the papers in it. I give this order a two for shipping which was not good.
