New printer
Our old printer finally called it quits, so after researching similar printers, we found this one. After checking other companies prices we chose Walmart. Their price was the best and we were able to have it delivered to our house. It has been working great! We also added the extra package of ink cartridges. We use to always get our ink from Staples but they stopped supplying it.

Error upon error :/
I bought this printer as I hoped it would be more reliable than my Officejet 7500 - but I'm spending hours and hours on solving different errors - always! Think I'm completely done with HP after a minimum of three very bad products. All I by is Officejet pro and I would therefore expect a little quality

    All that is promised is delivered. Worked right out of the box. Easy Wi-Fi connection. Great print quality. Fast. No issues after 2 months. Very happy with purchase.

    printer 6830 all in one
    I had to reorder the same model due the first printer the printerhead broke just after a year and the only reason I ordered the exact same model is because I had just spent $80 on ink refills

    print heads
    there seems to be an ongoing problem with the print heads on this model. I am now on my third printer. the first two had the same problem with print head failure. there are many complaints posted on the internet about this problem. my previous printer was an hp and gave me years of excellent service. i guess every company has it's duds on the plus side hp support was outstanding .

    this printer cannot print
    It is a fax machine.... and even as such it does not work well. I tried to print a 100--page book.... only to find that this thing cannot do it. To print a document you have to e mail it directly to its email... It works twice, no more. Then it goes dead. I have had alot of printers...This is the worst I have ever seen.

    Nice features......but
    First off, on Wal-Mart sight it gives you the wrong ink cartridge information. This printer only lasted for 6 months!!!!! Then it developed a print head problem, other words it dies, is not replaceable, and if it were it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one.

    Arrived broken
    The printer itself I believe is the best you could buy for this price range. However it arrived broken as I had it shipped to store and then after returning it I found it cheaper at best buy.

    5 star however...
    Make sure this printer works with your router. Fortunately it has wifi built in so just log in using wifi on your device is an easy work around. Other than that, excellent printer and ship to store feature by Wal Mart was superb!

    So far so good
    I've been using this printer for a couple of weeks now and so far have no complaints. I enjoy having the scanning of multiple pages capability and the copier and fax features.
