A cart that every one should havel.
Really nice cart made in USA and high quality. I like the fact it can change to a push cart that makes it better than most and those plastic kind are terrible save your money and get this metal kind. Much better. Pop proof wheels just perfect in all ways.

Disappointed
The cart looked like has been used. It was delay for 3 days before I received it. It also speaks when you roll it. It was unpackage with no way to return it. I am disappointed.

    Don't ship FedEx in Newton NC!
    It's sturdy but it arrived 2 weeks late, it wasn't even in a box, someone had already put it together, it had no tracking slip, it was missing a leg pin as you can see in the pictures, one of the wheels was bent and wobbles when you roll it, the bottom plate was scratched up as well as the rest of it. It looks like someone was using it to move stuff around at FedEx in Newton NC. It's beat up and scuffed bad with blue paint and down to the metal in some places and the hand truck is green! The 3 stars is not for Wal-mart. They refunded my money. I don't even know if I can get a replacement pin for the one missing because I don't know who to contact.

    exactly what I expected and needed
    This was just delivered...and I used it to bring in the boxes which were also delivered. It's exactly what I expected and needed. The pin was missing, so hopefully the company will send another one, either that or I'll just bend a couple of six-penny nails and use those for pins. I really can't imagine anyone not being pleased when they get this order. I used it in the house to move the boxes and other things to different areas and rooms.

    During this time of pandemic, WalMart step up.
    Had this shipped. It came with no packaging and looked like it had been used to load the delivery truck. There are NO locking pins so the handle can't be locked in place so that it doesn't pll out. I have a scratched up dark green paperweight that can't be used for anything.

    Great, but has scratches
    Like the dolley, only problem is some scratches and only one pin. However I believe the dolley will work anyway. Please have manufacturer address improving their product arriving with scratches.

    Exceeded expectations
    Truly excellent. I had trepidation about it because of the price but was I surprised! So far it's outstripped my expectations happily. Comes ready to use. The ability to quickly transform from handtruck to cart is easy. It's durable and rolls easily. Really handy with good ergonomics.

    Doesn't look like new
    I just received the item and it appears to be as durable as I expected, which is a plus. My problem is that it did not come in a box or covered up in any way: I get the feeling it could have been a display item. I was expecting all the green color paint to cover the item so it can last for years looking good. With the scratches and bumps and bruises on it, I get the impression it could get rusted …and I would hate that. I will be asking to have it replaced.

    Terrible service
    First of all this was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. I was supposed to receive it by April 18th. I received it on may 8th. It was not packaged and no paperwork. And it looked as if someone had been using it for the past 5 years. Very much scratched up and used. I dont know if I should even go through the problem of returning it. After all the time of waiting for an item that was supposed to be 2 day delivery and packaged which it was not. Not the first time I had to wait for an item like that.
