I always buy at Walmart, they have never failed me until this day. I bought the Harry Potter books as a gift for my daughter. We were completely sealed. And when she opens them today, Christmas day, they are damaged with eaters or moths. We are so sad.?‍?

    Damaged pages on the last book.
    The last book: Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows has pages that are damaged possibly during printing and binding. I have requested for a return and a replacement and the process was very easy. Now I just hope that the new set they would send me will be in perfect condition.

    The set showed up in perfect shape in a timely manner. great artwork on the sturdy box that holds the collection and keeps them protected while not in use. all books were in perfect condition and were of good quality. this is my 2nd set of books after already owning the hardcover set. if you love magic and fantasy, then you will enjoy these timeless books. written in such a way that helps your mind run wild with imagination and create the characters, sights, sounds and smells. the joy that comes from reading and creating your own details and letting the story, like a good movie, engross you in a magical journey that should be experienced by anyone of any age that loves fantasy and a good book

    missing half of sentences...
    2nd book in reading to my daughter and the words on 2 back to back pages 6 chapters in were smeared off! Been reading over the summer before school starts up... too late for refund as I ordered this in Jan
