Great product
I received this head and shoulders scalp rescue shampoo in exchange for my honest feedback. I got the for my husband because he has oily skin everywhere but his scalp! My husband scalp is extremely dry and itchy and I wanted him to try this. Since using this shampoo for a week his scalp had definitely gotten better moisturized and no itching. We love the smell, it's very manly, and it actually works very well!

New Formula TERRIBLE - Dermatologist Perspective
For years, I have been recommending Head & Shoulder's Clinical Strength to the patients in my clinic. I am a dermatologist that specializes in seborrheic dermatitis. I am not sure what exactly was changed between the new and old formula but the difference is DRASTIC. My patients no longer have improvement in their seborrheic dermatitis, their hair feels more dry afterwards, and overall are unhappy. This new formula is useless. You're better off trying a different brand. It disappoints me when brands fix something that isn't broke. In this case, Head and Shoulders has made a huge mistake. I will no longer be recommending this product. SEB DERM SUFFERERS: AVOID THIS FORMULA!

    Effective for dandruff
    The Head and Shoulders Clinical Strength shampoo works pretty well. It lathers up and cleans the hair properly and leaves the scalp feeling fresh. Although the scent is okay, we could still smell the slight medicated scent that comes in products with selenium sulfide. Since we've used other products with this ingredient we weren't bothered by it. This shampoo was effective and helped to minimize dandruff and flaking.

    This shampoo is the only shampoo that works against my seboherric dermatitis. I have tried so many products but everything fell short. This shampoo is starts working immediately after the first wash. The shampoo reduced my scalp itching and redness to zero. Finally, I got my sanity back. My dandruff was completely gone after the third wash. It gives a cooling sensation when applied - feels heavenly on itchy scalp. However, the only con is - it makes my hair very dry and frizzy. I also noticed an increase in hair fall after using this shampoo probably because of a dry scalp. So, I use it sparingly, only when I have a dandruff outbreak. I also make sure to use a good deep conditioner to make my hair softer. Smells like any other dandruff shampoo maybe a bit stronger. I'll continue to use it because it really works for my seboherric dermatitis and recommend to anyone who has severe dandruff.     Great product, give it a shot!
    This worked amazing. I've never been to a dermatologist, therefore I can't state exactly what the issue is with my scalp. But I get really bad flare ups around my hairline. Flaking skin, redness, itchiness, and even bleeding. I only used it one time and it stopped everything after struggling for months trying to manage. The only downfall of this product is the smell. It's terrible. Smells very sulfuric. I can get past that since it cleared my problem instantly, just wish it had a more pleasant scent. My review provides a before and after picture after one day.

    Clinical Strength Dry Scalp Rescue Shampoo works great! It works to help with my psoriasis of my scalp but it isn't overly harsh. I recommend this shampoo to anyone with dry scalp, dandruff or psoriasis of the scalp.

    Great for Dandruff Protection
    I really love this shampoo! It has this interesting orange color, but it doesn't show. I like the scent and you only need a tiny bit since it's a thicker formula. It's good for lessening dandruff and after using it for 1 month consistently, I have no dandruff now! It makes my hair feel nice and clean too. You can't go wrong with this shampoo.

    good for fighting dandruff
    I prefer the shampoo over the 2-in-1. However, if you hate the smell of menthol, I wouldnt recommend it, since its obvious. I think it fought dandruff and the oil buildup very well. It will take longer to see a full result though.
