Small in size but powerful!
First, I love the smaller size of this cool mist humidifier. It is not so big and bulky to try and fill or rinse out when needed. But saying that, I am very surprised how well this worked in a larger room. Even with the smaller tank, I can run it all night and still have water left. Our home is always dry in the winter, so humidifiers are a must - and this is not our first go around. I also like the option to be able to place oils in the humidifier. We use lavender in the evening to help us sleep. I would recommend to anyone seeking a small humidifier that works great and does not take up too much space.

Good and Quiet
It doesn't get 5 stars, because I think the tank could be larger. I have mine on the highest setting because the air is really dry, and it goes through the water in less than 8 hours. It's fine on medium though. I really like that it's fairly quiet. It's no louder than a drippy faucet. I haven't cleaned mine yet, but it looks simple to do using vinegar. I've been using filtered water, so I don't get white flakes in my room from the minerals in tap water. Oh, and it gets the job done. My sinuses were really hurting from the dry air, and now with the humidifier I'm feeling better.

    Very quiet
    I received this Honeywell cool mist humidifier in exchange for my honest review and it really does expel a lot of cool air! It's very quiet with just a little bit of a dripping sound which I found to be very soothing when I was trying to fall asleep. It lasts for hours and just shuts off when the water tank is empty. I used this humidifier when I had a cold to help with the symptoms and it helped me sleep significantly better than using nothing at all. I highly recommend to anyone who is sick or for use during the dry, winter months.

    This humidifier is compact and easy to tote around and runs very quietly so as not to disturb you as you sleep.This product is made very well and high quality, while light weight and very durable.It works great to keep moisture in the air as it tends to get very dry in my house.I highly recommend this product.

    I've been using the Honeywell MistMate Cool Mist Humidifier for a while and it works perfectly, it runs up to 20 hrs, it has an adjustable mist control, and has an essential oil feature, perfect for a small room

    Very pleased so far...
    I bought this about a week ago and seems to work very well for my needs. I did the cleaning after one week as suggested by the manufacture, but found mine was still very clean and no sign of slime or mold. I only use mine at night (run about 12 hours) and only use distilled water. I highly recommend using distilled water if your able. I will probably only will only end up cleaning mine once a month for the way I use it YMMV.

    Cool mist humidifier
    I've been sick for a few months from my allergies that developed into sinus infection, bronchitis and walking pneumonia as well as laryngitis. The first thing my doctor asked me is if I had a humidifier and I told her no. The doctor then told me that I needed to invest in one, so, I started searching. I wanted something that wasn't huge for my bedroom. I looked at a lot of different humidifiers online and I narrowed it down between this one and another brand. After reading the reviews for both humidifiers that I was looking at, I decided to go with this one and I am glad that I did. It is not that big like I wanted so it is perfect for my small bedroom. It is also very quiet which was important to me because I am a light sleeper. The only thing that I hear is when the water is filling into the reserve below the tank and its not very loud. I find that it is easy to clean. I have noticed a big difference when I sleep at night because I'm not up blowing my nose or clearing my throat every hour like it seemed I did before. I've also noticed that my nose doesn't get as dry or stuffed up and the static electricity isn't as bad as it was. I usually run it on low and if I fill up the tank it will last me for two to three nights, as I only run it when I sleep. I would definitely recommend this product and I am looking into buying the blue one. I own the red one if that matters :-) A smart buy

    I would recommend this product to everyone.It is totally silent and does not make a mess with moisture.I had really dry heat and I would wake up with nose bleeds.Have not had one since using this in the bedroom at night.Very easy to refill and not heavy.

    Great product!
    This product was easier to use than I anticipated. Easy to fill and clean. I love the adjustable control. I start it on high a few minutes before bedtime and then turn it to a lower setting at bedtime. We wake up breathing easier and less congestion. Highly recommend!

    Works very well with only one small grievance
    This humidifier helped my wife sleep and I'd recommend it to anyone. You can choose how much you want to humidify with the provided dial, which is neat. We only really used this in two rooms- both of which are giant, but it did a great job as long as you have it nearby. The only thing I'd mention is that the vapor builds up at the top where it exits the machine and beads of water end up rolling down the front. We set ours on a wash cloth and it doesn't really bother us, but I can see how this may be a turn off. Overall a great machine for the price.
