If only just a bit wider
This is what I've been looking for...a cat box with high sides but not enclosed. However, if it was a bit wider, it would be the perfect box. My cat is quite fat so he doesn't have room to turn around, but it keeps most of the litter and his waste where it belongs. His fat rear end isn't hanging over the sides now!

Hard to maintain
The design of this is not easy to maintain. The grooves around the outer edges of the interior make scooping very difficult. The lifted edges do not snap in place, they merely lay on top making them very easy to come off when the cats are inside. I'm very disappointed and will have to purchase a different box.

    TOO SMALL
    my cats arent even big cats. they have to sit an awkward angle to use it. so well have to go and buy a new one again. it didnt look this small in the picture. the picture of my cat in it was after i placed her in there. as u can see no room to do her business or move around and thats her hunched up in it for a pic.

    Maybe mine is defective?
    Maybe it's defective, or maybe it's just us, but the top of this thing doesn't fit properly. It comes with the top flipped upseide down, and attached to the bottom of the base. It fits perfectly that way, but when we try to latch the lid to the TOP of the base (the way its intended to be used) it won't latch. I tried for about 10 minutes, and only got it latched one time. I had to hold it sideways and press it against my body. That's fine for a brand new box, but a used one? Hard pass. lol The materials used are sturdy, and would hold up, if only the LID fit; but since the lid is the reason I bought it... This one is going back.

    Would have been happy to have received it.
    The product is damaged. Around the top of the shield is severely cracked. Looks like the plastic has frozen and then broke. unfortunately we need to use it right away or we could have taken the time to return it.

    I LOVE this litter box! I might replace all mine with this one! I have 3 cats and one of them LOVES kicking litter EVERYWHERE. But this actually prevents litter from going everywhere

    This is the best cat litter box I've ever had
    This is a great cat litter box with high sides to keep my cats from throwing the litter outside the box. It fits well inside the cat litter furniture that I bought to put it in.
