Doesn't sinc and doesn't pair!
This is my second Up Move. I received the first one through my employer. It never worked right; it didn't sync regularly like it was supposed to and I had to pair it everyday. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service and the issue wasn't resolved. I wasn't too upset when I lost it since it never worked correctly. I decided to purchase the second one thinking that it would certainly work and that the first one must have been defective. This one doesn't keep track of all of my steps; it showed 90 steps for three days, it doesn't sync, and it doesn't even pair most of the time. It makes me so frustrated! I am going to buy the other popular product and hope it works better.

    I love my UP MOVE tracker!
    I purchased this tracker for Costco about a year ago. I love it and the price is great. The app is very user friendly and motivating. I have the one I purchased from Costco, to my 16 year old daughter as a means for her to track her steps for a 10,000 steps a day challenge. She loves it too, so I decided to let her keep it a do ordered another one here.
