Perfect for Me
I'm nearly deaf in one ear, so I have to play with the volume and balance of the audio, and these headphones fit that need perfectly. Most headphones with built-in volume controls are limited and "leak" sound from the outside. These seal great to my ears and allow me to adjust the balance on my audio source so I can still get the stereo effect.

Very unhappy with the product I was sent.
They sent me the wrong Product. JVC HA RX 330, that is not comparable with what I ordered. It looks cheaper, Its cord is splitter to each headphone that is an annoyance for put them on and off. The cord is shorter than the 300 and also it does not come with the phone adapter for 3.5 to 1/4" plug. In summary not what I needed. Also to making worst it can not be returned at a local store.

    Best Headphones I've Ever Used!
All the other headphones I've ever tried were On-Ear and I'm so glad I finally decided to try Over-Ear. They are really so much more comfortable for longer listening periods and the sound quality is great. They also seem quite sturdy and should last quite awhile (was worried about that, wouldn't have purchased if it weren't for the warranty). Will probably buy another as a backup pair!

    great for the money
I like these head phones for all around use. They are almost to much on the base for the computers but work out great on the home entertainment center. Plug adapter that comes with head phone is handy to have! I would give this unit an A for all around use.

    Priced right for performance.
No complaints. These headphones are great if you're looking for good sound at an affordable price. They have good range, from clean and clear highs to decent lows. Very comfortable over the ears and the cord is very long. I wanted an inexpensive headphone that still sounded great and the JVC HARX300 fits perfectly. I use my headphones at night when I'm sketching or surfing the net so I don't wake up my family.

    Great for the price!
Although I'm not a fan of a lot of bass. These headphones seem to have a nice mid-range sound. The box says extra bass but it is not overpowering. I play my acoustic/electric guitar through these and it sounds perfect. The 8 foot cord and the bonus 1/4 adapter was a nice plus. All in all, a great value for a nice set of headphones!

Under $20 and they are very good
I paid less than $20 and got a very good headphone. I use these for practice with my guitar amp. The only fault I find is the plastic ear covers are not good at blocking outside noises, don't have that insulated feeling. Listening to music is very enjoyable and has surround sound feel with mid range bass and treble, not too deep or high. You could use these for just about anything. I use them with my android phone, android tablet and my Gateway notebook. Recommended.

    so far very good
I ordered these because I really don't like the ear buds very much. I wanted something that would stay on my head when I moved about and blocked out as much surrounding noise as possible, well I got just what I wanted. 4 stars only due to the fact that they are somewhat flimsy, so i'm careful with them, not great for a child, I don't think the would last long. I do love the cushion on the ear piece and long length of the cord.

    Awesome headphones
I bought these after spending $40 on another pair that didn't last. These JVC headphones are not only light-weight, but also reproduce the sound quite nicely. I'm glad I bought them! (The pair I had before, called ifrogz ear pollution, didn't last more than 4 months of normal use. The wire where the jack goes kept going from stereo to mono if I moved a centimeter - very annoying when listening to music for 6+ hours a day).

    Great for what I needed
I needed some inexpensive headphones that still had good sound and didn't hurt my ears. These sound good, and block out pretty much all outside noise. I had them on while using a mixer and couldn't hear the mixer. Make sure you look at them before you put them on the ears, the part that sits over your ear is sideways and needs to be turned. I didn't look the first time I used them and it hurt, but after turning them 90 degrees, they were very comfortable. The cord length is good for me as I'm using them with my phone or Kindle. Over all, I'm very happy with them.
