My Go-To Favorite B12 Lozenge
I like this particular brand of B-12 because the lozenges taste good and they dissolve under my tongue, which is the way B12 should be ingested (bypassing the stomach).

    This brand was physician recommended and successfully dosed with same from the distant upscale vitamin store for over a year - until making a special trip for more during confirmed business hours only to find no staff and door locked. I checked online upon return home and found I could order 2 bottles for slightly more than one from the fancy vitamin store WITH FREE SHIPPING! Ordered THursday/received MONday! This is amazing.

    Jarrow Methy B12 Treats Deficiency
    Methylcobalamin B12 is important for brain, nerves and production of red blood cells and is superior to cyanocobalamin B-12 for those of us tested to have a deficiency. The Jarrow brand is highly rated and tastes good.

    Good stuff
    I like that these are dissolving capsules and that the taste is good. (Doesn't taste like lemon to me, but vaguely fruity.) Makes it easier to pop one in every day and know that I'm getting the B12 I need. I've been through several bottles already, and each have been of the same high quality. Will continue to buy these vitamins on a regular basis.
