I bought a basketball sytem from Amazon that was missing one part and unable to assemble, I contacted them and they referred me to lifetime so I contacted them and within minutes missing part was on it way!! no problems no hassle wow beat customer service ever!!

This product is exceptionally hard to put together. The directions are meaningless. Every time I followed the pictures in the directions instead of what made sense from the parts, I had to take something apart and then put it back together. It took me about 2.5 hours and it was reasonably physically demanding. A socket set is really useful because a number of the screws and bolts are quite hard to get to. The hoop is supposed to go up to 10 feet, it's not quite clear if it will and the directions are, again, completely useless. Once put together, the product works fine.

    I bought our hoop online and when it show up there was damage to the box. A missing pipe and a bent pole. I called to see about ordering parts. The agent was amazing and knew exactly what I needed. Parts are being mailed free of charge.

    purchased for son's birthday in July, we were very happy with the product and thought the backboard looked much more durable then our prior one which had shattered - shortly thereafter the base was run over and one of the side supports bent beyond repair. I called Lifetime to order a new base and side support and was provided a free replacement even though I mentioned that it was our fault that it was damaged. WOW! First I was so surprised to get a live person on the phone so easily and then to have Caiti go above and beyond was amazing

    Great customer service
    I watched the wrong instructional video for the 1269 model i purchased which caused a critical error in construction of the post. I called lifetime to order a new part, explained the issue and they sent me a new part free of charge. They have second to none customer service and were very professional when it came to assisting me in solving the problem i created.

    My dad bought this basketball goal for my grandson when he was 4 years old. Having no place to put the goal, it sat in the box for 7 years. My Dad passed away in October of 2020 and when we were finally ready to put the goal up, we were missing a couple of pieces. You came to our rescue by providing the missing parts as my 11 year old grandson refused to accept a new basketball goal. He was determined to play with the one his Papa got for him.     Replacement part for FREE!!!!!!
    I damaged one of the supports on a 90634 goal owned by my neighbor as I was plowing snow out of his drive. I called to get a replacement part and the service agent (Alejandro) said he was going to send the parts for free! I told him it was my fault but he chose to send it to me for free anyway!!!! That's awesome customer service!!!!!!
