Adorable
I bought this for my son who is 4 but my daughter who is 6 can play in it comfortably. The setup was not too difficult but use a drill since it doesn't have all of the holes.

Beware Might Be Missing Screw Holes!
Very disappointed because I love everything about this playhouse. I was unable to put it together because it was missing screw holes on majority of the pieces. Thankfully Walmart was able to schedule a pick up and give me a full refund.

    Instructions are confusing.
    I just received this as a gift for my daughters second birthday. Upon putting it together I quickly found that parts are labeled completely different from the instructions. For example, my ‘table wall” is labeled ‘d' and my fence wall is ‘c'. My threshold is E, which should be g. Not a single part on this play house matches up to the diagrams.

    Not from little tikes. It came in a plain brown cardboard box. 10 pieces were missing, including manual and deco stickers. However, Walmart was great and sent currier to pick up and refunded within the week.

    Unfortunately only after having put together a couple of days, the mailbox piece and door have already broken off. Flimsy and not sturdy for outdoor play. Very disappointed seeing as I paid $200 for this item

    Very disappointed
    No instructions! Box wasnt even taped shut. It was folded shut. No idea if all the pieces are there!! Ridiculous! $200 thrown to the wind!! Now I gotta take time out of my day to return this big bulky box that probably wont even fit in my car! Waste of time. I wont buy ever again!!

    Perfect for hours of fun. Assembly was fairly easy. Part pieces definitely don't correspond with the letters as shown on the instructions. After realizing this, it became a lot easier.

    My Granddaughter loves it and your kids will too!!
    PROS: House came in a timely manner especially since the world is on hold right now. It wasn't a huge project to put together and is sturdy, colorful plastic. Held together with plenty of screws and the instructions were clear. Since the holes are not pre drilled, I would not assemble without a cordless drill. Lots of twists with a manual screwdriver! And get a rubber mallet to make sure the pieces are seated well. CONS: Minor things like the mail box door keeps flopping open and the water table has 2 wells to play in. But only one side has a drain plug, so to empty the other side you need to bail it out. No major problem but it could have been a simple fix at the factory. Oh, one other thing. Make sure you look IN all the major pieces for the bagged small parts and screws. They are packed in the walls, roof panels, etc. Spent a half an hour cussing about missing parts and found them inside the roof! My fault not theirs!
